I received a can of Purina Pro Plan Salmon & Rice Entrée in Sauce Wet Cat Food for review. I have two cats that some times get pretty particular when it comes to wet cat food. I feed majority dry but give them wet food a few times a week to get other proteins and fat included in their diets. I barely had the can emptied and the cats came a running, didn't take long before they were done. I love the fact that it's made of real salmon and added rice. It's mixed together with a sauce that my cats had no complaints about. I would recommend this product for sure!

I received one small can of Purina Pro Plan Salmon & Rice Entree in Sauce cat food for my kitty to sample and then provide an honest review. Upon opening the can, the first thing that struck me was that the color did not look like any salmon I had ever seen before. Secondly, there was far more salmon than rice, when I expected it would probably be full of rice with little fish - so that was a very nice surprise. Unfortunately, this product was not a big hit with my cat - she's very picky and texture seems to be a big thing with her. Still, I believe that this would be popular with most cats, primarily because it was very fishy.

We have a older cat that is almost 16 years old so we always make sure to feed him the best cat foods on the market. We have his normal hard food out for him all day when he needs to snack but we always feed him a can of cat food at night for a extra treat for him. This Purina Pro Plan cat food is the perfect size for him, it's smaller so it's great for his snack time. Not only is it really healthy for him and great to keep his nutrition right - he absolutely loves it. I got him the Salmon & Rice Entree in Sauce and it's his favorite by far. The formula of this food is the only thing that my cat can eat any other food makes her stomach upset. She throws up and has diarrhea. This is the only food that the vet. Recommended.
I have two 3 year old fussy cats. They refused this Purina food a year ago so I had to search for something else. A year later and they started refusing the new food so I tried the Pro Plan seafood again. They ate it, all of it, but....they are not satisfied with a can each, they are still hungry. My question is, do they like it that much or is it not as nutrient packed as the other food I gave them? One packet was enough of the other one, two cans of Pro Plan not enough.

My cats LOVE this food! 🐈 😻It has rice in it so I'll use it as a special treat so they don't gain too much weight; as they're both 10 yrs old now. But very happy to have a nutritious food they both enjoy!I've tried all the expensive top level brands and they only stay consistently happy with Purina!
The complete essentials salmon and rice entree is literally one of three of my cats favorite entrees! It’s gobbled up in about 60 seconds flat, I swear. They love it! But other brands? Not so much.
I have one finicky eater and one who’s easy to please and they both enjoy Purina Pro Plan Complete Essentials. They love the flaky seafood variety, I love that I’m feeding them a reputable brand of cat food with the nutrients they need to be healthy!
We have two cats that are very particular about their food. I decided to try this and was I surprised! As soon as I open the can my cats came running from the other parts of the house. This was very unusual for them. I gave each a half of can in their dishes. They usually take turns eating but in this case they both eat together. The older one usually chases of the younger cat but she was so busy eating she did not. Never been that way before!The seem to love it and take their time!
