I know price is a concern but unlike other probiotics you don't need as much especially if you are not overdoing the sugar. I had a fairly fancy probiotic I used before with nearly 200 billion CFU but I'm really happy with Progurt. I hope they start offering it outside of US and Canada as well.

I bought this for my 5 years old daughter who are suffering from food intolerance for various foods and bad skin inflammation. Have consumed for one week on a daily sachet. Noticed that her skin is not as irritated as much before even without any steroids. Will continue to try for another one month to see the full benefits. i wish the company could be more transparent about a full list strains inside within the package unfortunately these information seems mot be listed in website .

Having had a lot of stomach aches and digestive difficulties as a young child, Progurt is now a revelation to me for which I am so grateful! Together with a plant-based diet according to A. William, a lot is slowly changing for the better. Since I have been taking a sachet of Progurt every 7-10 days, my skin condition has also improved and the migraine attacks have become somewhat lighter and their duration shorter. I am so glad that Progurt was recommended to me, for me it is an absolute game changer! I now know that many symptoms will continue to heal over time, and I am looking forward to that.

This product is really good. What a difference it makes when my diverticulitis starts to rumble. I take the Progurt as soon as it starts and it settles it down. What a magic product. With a 20 pack I use what I need and then have some left over, this gives me piece of mind that I'm always going to be ok.
I did an ayurvedic detox then started taking Progurt as reccomended by my integrative GP. My IBS symptoms have almost completedly gone away! It's hard to tell which thing to attribute it to, the detox or the probiotics? Perhaps both together have really helped.

This probiotic is a lifesaver, I have been a long-time user, however, I do take breaks from using it, this time it was too long a break as I travelled to Europe in 2023 and caught a chest virus or infection with serious phlegm, and it was worsened by air travel back home. I was very ill and needed antibiotics twice, after the second round of antibiotics I remembered PROGURT and made my purchase, this action saved me from a third dose of antibiotics.
