Proclear - 6 Pack

The Proclear is a soft contact lens that can be worn for up to a month and is made from omafilcon B with a water content of 62%. This material is very good at binding water, which means the lens surface is constantly being wetted. As the material is also non ionic, hardly any deposits are able to form on the lens, and thanks to the Proclear’s wide correction spectrum, which ranges from -20.00 to 20.00, it means that even people with quite severe eye abnormalities can wear contact lenses. There are two things that are vitally important regarding the handling of this lens: Do not clean yourProclear lenses manually, as hardly any deposits form on them, and wet your lenses withsaline solution or rewetting drops before taking them out.

Vision is just fine, but Sphere variety has a tendency to tear too easily. Based on the previous two boxes I have purchased being Sphere as Compatibles weren't available. I will opt only for Compatibles in the future as luckily, this website does have them in stock.

So far not bad for an inexpensive contact brand. If I wear them to long they do get very drunk and gritty feeling but it's only slightly uncomfortable. I've only had them for a week now but I would order them again. They fit my eye great and are very easy to keep clean. I rub mine every night before bed and they haven't torn or ripped in half. the process. I don't suggest accidentally falling asleep in these and they feel like glass right when you wake up. But they get moist oretty quick again after being up for ten min or so

I have been using these contacts for years. I was using a silicone contact lens, but these came highly recommended by my optometrist when I developed what she thought was a reaction to silicone. I have had many of these lenses rip, sometimes right out of the box. I find I get dry eyes with these as well. I do, however, like that they are “earth friendly” and more natural. Even after I ruled out a reaction to silicone, I continued to use these. Overall, the lenses usually last me the entire month. These work best for people that take care of their contacts and are careful with them

I fully endorse this company. Very quick and competitive price. I remember several years ago they were doing a small promotion and giving away a small eye drop for dry eyes for every purchase and I bought a set of contact lenses. They enclosed a small packet of Haribo instead which I found insulting, but after complaining, there was a satisfying explanation and apology and there was a personal touch. Matter closed amicably. I have been with this company for a long time now and that was the only time I was not happy

Seems okay. But the toric lenses are total rubbish and rip easier than tissue paper. Do not even bother with these. Speed your money on daily lenses, or something durable like Blasch+Lomb toric monthly’s that I’ve been using for decades without a single ripped or damaged lens over the course of a month, at least so far as I can remember.

Comfortable, but fiddly, and not good for all-day wear

One good thing about these lenses ? they appear thinner, which makes for a comfortable contact experience, the clarity is great. Two not so good things about these lenses. The first ? amount of 'finger time' I spend each morning trying to get these contacts to stop folding over is a little concerning. I am left playing around with them on my finger a lot, leaving finger marks all over, even after washing my hands thoroughly beforehand this still makes me wonder why I am bothering putting them into my eye, as it seems unhygienic. The second ? at the end of the day, these contacts get scratchy around the edges. I put them in around 10am each day, and find by 6pm they're starting to get a little uncomfortable. If you're going for a budget lenses, I would personally ... MoreOne good thing about these lenses ? they appear thinner, which makes for a comfortable contact experience, the clarity is great. Two not so good things about these lenses. Contacts ripped within a week
7 January 2018

I bought these contacts after reading some negative reviews on my regular brand, and wanting to try another brand for comparison.I find these contacts very difficult to use. Because they are so thin, they are very floppy, and very difficult to insert in the eye. On a bad day I might lose a few minutes in the morning trying to get these onto my eye. They aren't especially comfortable or uncomfortable, perhaps slightly less comfortable than my regular brand. The biggest issue with these contacts though is that THEY RIP, something I've never experienced in a pair of contacts before and never want to experience again. I've now gone through 3 pairs of these contacts, and out of every pair, one contact ripped either right in half, or a chunk of the contact broke off in ... MoreI bought these contacts after reading some negative reviews on my regular brand, and wanting to try another brand for comparison.I find these contacts very difficult to use. This is a very painful experience, and also disappointing as I expected a pair of these contacts to last for about a month, not a week.I wore the contacts in a regular way, and I've never had another brand rip, I don't know if it's an issue with the brand, or just with the specific batch of contacts, but I won't be ordering these again.

Most comfortable contacts I've ever used!
13 September 2015

I have extremely bad vision (-13.00, -10.75), so I wear my contacts 24/7 - I usually only take them out to clean them every once in a while. I've been wearing contacts for over ten years. I've tried a number of different brands and styles, and have had the best luck with Proclear! Extremely rare cases of irritation, no dryness, very comfortable.I work in a dusty warehouse all day, and find I have no issues with dryness, if I'm wearing my contacts - but when I wear my glasses, I do.I find if they start irritating my eyes, I take them out and give them a cleaning (rubbing against the palm of my hand), and they're good as new. They usually don't bother my eyes at all, however. The key to long-term wear is cleaning regularly... don't listen to contact solutions ... MoreI have extremely bad vision (-13.00, -10.75), so I wear my contacts 24/7 - I usually only take them out to clean them every once in a while. The only regularily manafuctured contact lens that provides high enough correction.
27 November 2023

Proclear is the only contact lens model (aside from custom made) that can provide the -18 correction I need in my worst eye.I find them very comfortable and can wear them for 11 hours before I need to take them out for the evening.Contact Lens King has had the best price for them for the last few years. The most recent order was delayed for a few days due to lack of stock but that was no issue: I always order well in advance of running out.

They tear and Bunch up! Too Thin, Wear out Quickly
10 December 2022

These lenses are so flimsy. Hard to get into eye and only last for two weeks, not 30 days! I've been fighting with them for over two months now. Luckily, I only use in one eye. The other is a Toric which is fine. Need to get up eye Dr. to find something else in place of the compatibles.
