I have used this for the last few treatments and found it extremely effective. We live in a rural area and since using Profender none of the cats have given indication of worms.
Great to have an alternative to pastes/pills to worm our cat. Did leave the coat, which came into contact with the product, a little sticky for a day or so, but cleaned up well after that. Also, we noticed a slight smell to the product but this was only for about 24 hours. Lovely not to be totally scratched and bitten from head to toe, and lovely for our cat not to suffer the indignation of us trying to restrain her to give her a pill. I can't comment on it's effectiveness yet, as we only applied the product about a week ago.
I don't like giving my dogs and cats all year round flea treatment. But for my cats this was necessary due to the worming component as tablets were very hard to administer. This spot on worming product is fantastic and very easy to use and lasts for 3 months.
I'm glad that I switched to profender because we don't need the flea and tick stuff added as my cats are indoors. This spot on is easy to apply. Next time I'll try the tablet version as well.
My cats have been using this several times to get rid of tapeworms. It works well everytime. The price of pharmacy online is also decent.
No more scratches from trying to force feed my cats their wormers orally. This is such an easy solution and at such a great price.
My cat lost all the hair around the application site and my cat was so itchy that I had to take bathe it. Only then did my cat seem to be able to relax.
