The album itself is good, fits lots of photos. You have to be careful inserting them in the pockets because they have a tendency to tear but overall it is good value for money. Unfortunately David Jones mailed mine in a plastic bag with no padding or protection and the spine was dented and the sides of the pages were scuffed. I'm sick of sounding like a serial complainer but I'm also sick of bad service from online companies who choose to send you their worst quality items and then fail to adequately protect them for shipping when they do.
