I DO MOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND EFFORT. I've had too much frustration in assembling this unit. Instruction is not dummy friendly, I am a structural steel rigger but this product needs to revise their instruction. The manufacturer and seller should try to assemble it themselves to find out what I am talking about. Firstly, one of the weight guide bar is bent, missing parts, missing nuts and bolts. It is good for beginners who need to strengthen their large muscle groups. It feels like the handles and cables will snap if continue to lift heavy weights. Not value for money! Slow bag (speed bag) is not a standard size, hence it is not balanced and the swivel is cheaply made. It dors not bounce back properly. Thanks this is exactly what I was looking for the stainless steel unit is really neat. All of the cutting tools are the auger are of good qualitys do also stainless. This is a good product.

Very good quality for the price. Small rip in the seat but nothing to fuss about. Found the manual online. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Very happy with this purchase. Price was great (20% off at time of purchase) and delivery cost was fantastic. Six business days to arrive which is good. Definitely recommend this product.
The home gym it is definitely worth the money. We have ours set up and ready to go. The only downsides are the boxing bag and speedball are just holders for you to put the item in and the video manual it doesn't show which bolts to use, so you may need to do some swapping as you go. A written manual would have been good to have instead. But overall I am very happy and it is worth the money.
