The product balks at anything with skin such as eggplant. It was a devil of a job to get the blades unclogged and operative again. If you only want to chop skinned fruit and vegetables for equally sized pieces which I do for dehydrating fruit and veg in the dehydrator, then it is a very useful tool indeed.

Best grain mill I ever acquired.

I love this mill, I put a dc motor on it and walked away, I also made a bigger bin on top to hold more grain, and in one pass you have flour ready to use, you only have to turn the knob until you have the grain as fine as you want. I have ground wheat and corn in the mill.

Chopper

This is a super chopper. Does a great job on potatoes, onions, celery and carrots. Clean up is easy. A great addition to any kitchen.

Great Time Saver

This the easiest tool to chop tomatoes, onions and many other vegetables. Cleaning is easy too. I own one and love it. I bought this for my daughter who does a lot of cooking and chopping. I recommend it to anyone who wants to save time.

Love this dicer!

To be able to dice vegetables- onion, carrots, celery- in small even shapes for soup is a time saver plus makes the soup look great and cook evenly. Yes, it takes a tiny bit of time to clean it but it's worth it! The thin rubber cover inside is wearing out and i hope to order that separately.

Perfectly chopped cubes with pressure and using sliced items

The chopper chops mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic, and celery with ease, when the items are already sliced to the thickness of the grate size chosen, and fitting neatly within the grid. However, tomatoes, do not fair as well. The smaller squared grid lifted out of the base, sticking the the lid, twice, when chopping sliced tomatoes. I wish the plastic basket would snap in somewhat, rather than sliding in and out so easily. I was surprised the lid released completely from the base when first using it. The pressure needed to chop some items, especially if skin is on top, is a lot, and loud. Chops perfect little cubes though.

Saves time!

This chopper can chop three or four onions in 1/4 the time it takes with a knife and cutting board. The pieces are perfectly even also. I have only chopped onions so far but am looking forward to peppers also. It take a few tries to learn how to position food to be chopped but with one push, the entire piece is perfectly chopped.

Well made dicer

this is a well built veggie dicer. Not a tinker toy like you might expect. Just don't try to dice whole vegetables or fruits, cutting them to a manageable size enhances the effectiveness of this dicer.

Works Great But Got Rid Of Mine

It did a great job chopping and I liked the choices of different chop size. I got rid of mine after cutting my finger really bad while cleaning it. They warn you clearly in the directions about being careful. You can't be careless with the extremely sharp blades while cleaning them and I'm not careful enough obviously; I don't even know how I did it but it's not a kitchen tool for everyone. I'd recommend for more skilled cooks.
