Great for radishes super thin slice, pickles sm quick slices. Garlic super thin slices. It's really a super mandolin for all those small jobs and easy clean up being so small itself.
I was looking for something smaller that slices veggies thinner than my big mandoline. Its compact and easy to use. Love it!
This is so good to cut Brussel sprouts. I haven't tried it on anything else just yet but the different settings were very helpful.
