I can't speak for other brands of NMN, because I did a lot of research and decided the ProHealth brand was the best. Daily intake of 500mg, when combined with their Transresveratrol, has been a Godsend for me. Increased strength (25 pullups and 60 pushups every 2-3 days at the age of 62), increased mental focus and clarity, and I'm actually sprinting again on my daily walks. My white hair has even darkened to a pleasant shade of gray. I look and feel so much younger! I would recommend these products to everyone over the age of 50.

I am taking this product for over a year now. What I noticed is that many symptoms I thought were inevitable with my age disappeared or are not getting worse. I am 53, sometimes I had pain all in different parts of my body, my eyesight got worse as time went by, my hair started to get gray. Pains went away, my eye is actually better than it was a year ago. It is not perfect, but I do not need glasses in any situation. My hair is OK as well. What I also noticed is that I am less stressed and can sleep better. Where age is still getting me is my skin - very slowly, but I start to get wrinkles, and my allergy which is getting a bit worse each season. I've been taking Prohealth Longevity NMN for over 6 months and I feel good. Many say I don't look my age at 69, and I don't feel it. But I also take Resveratrol, CoEnzyme Q10, Fish oil, and multivitamins. So use of NMN is an act of faith, based on advice by Australian, Dr David Sinclair. So here's hoping he and others are right but I may just be blessed by good genes. Nonetheless, I intend to continue with all my supplements in the hope that they are making a difference and not just producing expensive urine.😂

This was my first time using this oral formulation . Previously I used the Sublingual 250 mg tablets.The oral enhanced formulation seems comparable to the sublingual formulation at 250 mg per unit dose. I plan to take this oral type because with the sub lingual form, it takes approximately 5-7 min for it to completely dissolved/ absorbed. I eventually swallow the remaining. Therefore for myself, I prefer the oral enhanced formulation.
Im a 54 yr old male, been taking this along with resveratrol for about 12 months. Take in the morning on an empty stomach and definitely can feel a difference in my morning workouts. I mix collagen with my protein shake after the workout and the combination seems to be helping with my skin around my eyes and my neck. Have also been feeling less inflammation from an old soccer injury after I bike, I eat pretty healthy and take vitamins so it is hard to say exactly what is working. My GF says she thinks my skin looks much healthier , I will definitely keep taking this.
I ordered these after I researched the longevity benefits of this supplement and its documented effects on cellular support. I was very pleasantly surprised when the first thing I noticed was, that after about 2 weeks of taking 1g daily, I was losing less hair. I mean, SIGNIFICANTLY less hair was being caught up in my brush and combs every day. I hadn't been looking for this or expecting it but it was a really nice surprise.
