Now as we all know all mattresses are different heights. This impacts on the protector staying in place. I went back to the store for a full refund. It feels like sleeping on builders plastic and the sheet also moves around and it’s a horrible experience. Never would I recommend this product. I have recently purchased a full wooden mattress protector from Adair’s which is amazing and definitely stays on the mattress.

In store the advice was great and the salesperson was patient as we tried, re tired and changed our minds several times. The bed was for my young son so we dragged out the process to make sure the bed was right for him. Month on and he loves it. He is also sleeping all night for the first time.

Was promised that the bed would be delivered two weeks after purchase. After hearing nothing at the two week mark I contacted the store who said that the base was unavailable for another two weeks (this is in spite of us choosing that base only because we were told it was in stock for immediate purchase)Now, two weeks later I have heard nothing - except for a link to this survey. I purchased a king size protector to suit our mattress and it doesn’t fit very well to the shape, the protector slips off the mattress each night. We have lyocell sheets and the mattress protector also slips off the sheets. I bought a $49 protector from Kmart that works exponentially better than this product. Really disappointed with this product and I wouldn’t purchase this again.

Purchased new bed and was upsold this mattress protector.It does not fit properly it is way too big hangs over the top of the bed and moves around under the sheet. Very slippery and makes noises when you move. First nights sleep woke up several times due to being very hot.I do not recommend this protector.
Very happy with this mattress protector. The Tencel is light and very easy to fit to the mattress, providing protection for the sides as well. So good that we bought a second one to allow us to change it each month, without having to wait for it to dry.
