We bought this protector because we wanted to ensure our new mattress is kept in good shape. The fit on our King mattress is really good and we did not have to stretch it excessively to get it on. That's a big plus. The quality of good so it should stand the test of time. We felt the 10 year warranty was a good indication of the protector's quality. It doesn't make a noise when you move on the mattress unlike some protectors. It also feels comfortable through the sheets.

We are so happy with our new bed. Very pleased with the quality of the mattress and the height of the mattress. Glad we upgraded to a larger bed. Michelle our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped so much. She had a great idea of what to combine for us after talking to me about what I liked and didn't like.Highly recommend a visit to Snooze Aspley to talk to Michelle.

The protector felt like laying on plastic, I bought a mattress at the same time and the protector ruined the comfort of the mattress. When I tried to return the product the staff at the mile end store were quite rude and unhelpful, I now have a $250 box of trash in my cupboard. I would not recommend the mattress protector and I would not recommend shopping at snooze, I have regrets about both.

Good afternoonI was told that the protector was the correct size for my new Sumberland Essex double mattress but it is not a firm fit and creases where I lay causing there to be an uncomfortable area that I have to lay on. I telephoned Snooze and advised them of my disappointment and was told that the sizing was to fit all their mattresses. I said that it wasn't suitable for my mattress. I asked them to take my position into consideration when recommending it and also to pass the feedback on to yourselves.I hope that you take this feedback into consideration. I am disappointed in my purchase and feel that I will now have to replace the protector with one that fits.I look forward to hearing from you in relation to my concerns.Elaine Brown0412351850
I purchased a new queen size mattress which was expensive. I want to ensure the mattress remains in as new condition for as long as possible. This mattress protector promises to do so with a 10 year guarantee against a stained mattress.
Two stars given for the good fit to mattress and it is comfortable........... The three stars remaining stars not forthcoming as we removed it after 5 nights, the product makes an ungodly horrible noise when you move. (it sounds like nails down a blackboard to us, sort of a horrid squeaking sound).It's not something that we liked nor wish to use again.Very expensive item to now sit in the cupboard.Would not recommend at all.
It's a protective cover, you wouldn't know it was there. if we have a spill of tea or an accident I will be able to review its performance, until then I have nothing to say about it. It is a ridiculous question. I never recommend anything to family or friends, if they ask I tell them my experience, if I have anything useful to say.
Amazing service from Tennelle. She listened, helped and was very patient. Fulfilled our brief of what we were wanting and what we didn't want. Im tall, bigger build and my husband is average height and weight. We explained what our current issues were with our existing mattress. The service and knowledge was so reassuring we bought 2 ensembles. I am sleeping on the King Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Collection which is truly so supportive and very heavenly. Its where luxury meets wellbeing in one.The other bed is a Queen Chiswick Slumberland bed and its very comfortable and supportive for guests. Delivery was smooth and hassle free.I would not hesitate to recommend Tennelle and her team at Bundall store.
We love how we were assisted by staff members. They will let you take the time to decide which mattress you really want to have by letting you lay on their display beds which is very helpful in making a decision which mattress to buy. Awesome staff member as well! We need 3 more mattresses, definitely going back to this branch.
We are enormously grateful to Ben for recommending the Tencel protector to us. It has been worth every penny! (Or every cent!!) After only two days of use Ia wound that I have on my arm bled unexpectedly ..... and while there was a considerable amount of blood on the sheets and pillow case, the Tencel protect did its job. Furthermore, after we washed to soiled section the protector dried very quickly and was able to be used for the following night. We have been so impressed with this item that we went back to Snooze to get a second Tencel protector, in case poor weather makes drying (after washing) difficult. Many thanks for a great product ....and many thanks to Ben and the staff of Snooze at Aspley for their excellent service.
