Tried this creatine out, found that it is a very fine powder compared to some other brands I’ve tried, meaning it’s smoother to drink with just water or dry scoop if that’s your go to. Also shakes easy in protein shakes. Definitely recommend

Creatine is found in all cells within the human body. Creatine is used for all functions requiring energy, namely physical and mental activity. The brain and nerves both need creatine, but it most commonly found in skeletal muscle and is used whenever there is muscle movement. Vegans & Vegetarians can benefit from using creatine as it is believed to be harder to come across creatine from these diets.
