I had the triple flavours and all three tasted really nice. Only gripe is they could have given you a 40ml scooper instead of a 30ml it's not so difficult? Especially when 40ml is the recommended dose. It can be a bit more messier than other powders as it sticks to things alot more. But it definitely mixes the best of all the ones I've tried.

Great blend of slow, medium and fast release proteins ideal for pre or post workout. I use it as a meal replacement mixed with coconut water. Tastes great and comes out really creamy and smooth even with the coconut water. I highly recommend this protein powder for an all rounder at a great price.

I love this blend, because the different types of protein are absorbed by your body at different rates. Obviously, this means the ongoing "trickle" effect of more continuous supply to hungry muscles. Something like WPI, or WPI/WPC are great for immediate post workout protein supply, but this is great for other times. I add this to my breakfast, and a bit to my casein before bed as I don't currently eat dinner (as I really need to get to sleep within an hour of getting home from work). I also love the taste! I prefer Chocolate Truffle myself, and mixed into yogurt it really tastes great.This is an excellent product. I've enjoyed this for several years now.

This range is developed by a qualified exercise and sports nutritionist, a former professional body builder herself and one of the most carved and dense muscled females that walked the stage. Someone who practises what they preach. I've followed her and her ideas since 1995,bar none, still the best product, cleanest products and most effective.
I have previously tried the International Protein Amino Charged WPI which was pretty good but I now find the Protein Synergy 5 is even better. Good taste, not too sweet and great thickness. Feeling on top and recovering very well with every workout. Highly recommend.
This is the best blended protein we have ever used. The five types of protein in this blend are fantastic for anyone who works out. Low calorie, low carb and with the slow, medium and fast digesting types of proteins it gives you system the time to metabolize it for maximum absorption and minimum waste.Used so many different proteins over many years but I have found this to be my absolute favorite.The flavors are fantastic and it mixes instantly.
Flavours are great and it mixes well with cold and room temperature water. This hits the sweet spot in Protein/100g (higher than most other brands) vs price as well as being made locally in Australia.As the label suggests this is a great all rounder. I take it pre-workout (with a shot of coffee) as well as between meals. The large food grade buckets are awesome for general purpose use (Gardening, storage etc.)
In 6 months of heavy lifting, 6 days a week I put on 20kg obviously some fat too but not much. I ate like an animal, no special diets just the usual but more. Had 3-4 shakes a day and muscle pharm recon as a post work out. Used creatine in the last 2 months. Went from 62kg-82kg and with massive strength gains. I'm a big fan of Synergy 5 and plan on using it through out my mma/boxing career.
