Great to have the option of the softer or harder ball. The first self myofascial tool I've found that really get into my shoulders properly - spikey balls don't cut it. My shoulders feel amazing after I've spent a session rolling them out with these! Also use them for hammies while sitting at my desk, to get any deep niggly bits.
Two massage balls of different intensities - good to use all over. Easy to pack for travelling or simply to take to work. Sturdy - these won’t crack like my tennis balls have been doing!

Perfect size. I like the difference in feel between the softer ball and the firmer ball. At first I thought the firm ball was too firm but it's not.
