This is the best massage ball I've used. The quality of the materials is obvious and it has such a smooth texture. Perfectly firm, but not rough like some plastic ones Ive used in the past. Great for massaging my legs and feet after a long day.

Hurts to pick up because of the spikes and is hard but I watched a show on porkcupines once and it’s not their fault they’re born spikey so I will forgive this time. Doesn’t bounce as high as most tennis balls but very bright. None the less as George from MasterChef would say… 11/10.

This ball is a great size and nice and firm. Really good for massaging sore muscles. I’ve used a roller in the past and this is much better at pinpointing tight muscles as well as being a lot easier to use!
This product is way better than other massage balls that I have bought. The hardness is perfect with its little spikes. It triggers and hit the spot deep inside the tissue.
I brought this for wrist inflammation and onset of early RSI as recommended by my Osteo and love it. Find it very effective for deep tissue massage where I find a massage gun just isn't reaching. Comes with visuals of education content with 40+ exercise. Highly recommended.

Sturdy and light ball for getting the niggles out of hard to reach places! I keep one of these at home and one at work. All you need is a wall to push against. My colleagues are always borrowing the ball. It's great to reduce muscle tension and tight spots in shoulders, hips and back.
This sensory ball is very optimal for getting right into the deep muscle and really working any tight joints and ligaments. It is a bit more painful then the average foam ball but definitely worth it for quicker recovery.use mainly on neck and upper back but can be used all over. Can feel its benefits quite quickly. Im so excited I purchased the PTP Sensory ball ,it has helped enormously toward my recovery of knee replacement the chart that comes with ball has alot of different areas of the whole body that you can also use to help muscle tissue pain.Would highly recommend it to anyone Awesome product
