Love my new office chair! For the price you cannot complain. The set up was easy. Though there was a very minor issue with the foot of the chair but these guys fixed the situation in a timeless manner. The white is stunning plus comfy. Very happy!

Great chair like my old style with none of this silly pull out chair rest. Solid build, easy to put together. Great arms that lift out of way. Takes a decent weighted person. Totally recommend this chair.

Have been using this chair since more than a month. Very comfortable. Unfortunately the piece I got has a defect:On the left armrest two holes are being developed (see photo) possibly (as felt when hand is pressed over) becaues of uncapped or unfolded edges of two nails inside. Worried if ithe holes get enlarged after long use and ultimately the cover will get torn.
THE TRUTH - dont touch the chair* delivery took 1 month meant to be 3 days*faulty (holes for seat not aligned)* new chair took approx 1 week*chair arrived with a large slit in the seat* communication takes a week to get reply*chair feels like you are sitting on concrete*Kogan disputes team amazing. They were happy and quick to reply but the chair is sold on Kogan for a 3rd party and they are the problem. Kogan was great just saying that. I want to be honest and transparent.*the arms on the chair are also really high*45 days for resolution
I purchased this item as an essential for myself now that I am at home more often.The chair arrived a couple of days after ordering. It was well packaged with nothing missing or damaged. Some assembly is required, a quick and painless chore.This is a stylish and well made from quality materials chair that enhances my home office décor.It is very commutable even after prolonged periods of use.
Gas lift very quickly becomes useless (I've had it 3 months). Gradually goes down. Won't lift without standing up, putting one foot on the legs to hold them down and lifting chair with both hands (at the same time as holding the lever) and using all your strength to force it up. Just to add to that, it is not that comfortable and is not suitable for using at a desk working on a computer. Spend the extra money and get a proper office chair with all the necessary adjustments. Sorry I bought it.
Padding displayed is not as thick as what is in person very misleading. Foam under the actual sitting area is fairly thin and not nearly as comfortable as what is displayed. Why this chair is designed to have more padding under your knees rather than under your buttock is beyond me. Shoulder "flaps" on the upper back are unnecessary and make the chair uncomfortable as it pushed your shoulders inwards encouraging a bad seating position. Wheels as described in a few other reviews do not roll very well, not a huge issue though.
I was hesitant to buy a chair online but when researching where to buy and the cost involved it became clear I couldn’t get a white office chair locally at a reasonable price. The one I purchased from Bunnings was better than I thought. Being able to lift up the arms enabling pushing the chair under my desk gives me adequate room to access other areas of the room. The chair is comfortable and looks great with my new white bedroom suite.
I ordered this chair on Thursday and it arrived the next Monday!A little tricky to put together, but an excellent comfortable chair.Lots of support and more comfortable than most similar high backed chairs, and a lot cheaper!Pleasantly surprised as I was doubtful about the chair, not having tried it.I needn't have worried, it is exactly what I wanted at a quarter of the local store prices.
