I'm a 9.5-10 in shoes, so I ordered the 10. They're a perfect fit and comfortable right out of the box. If you're a UNC-Chapel Hill Carolina fan like me -- these are close to "Carolina Blue" rather than turquoise. The suede is lovely and I'll need to get some spray to protect these from dirt and rain. The tongue is thin, but I tend to wear the Bombas no-show thin socks and don't notice the lack of padding. I'm not finding the heels to rub on my foot. I like the gum sole a lot. These are a trendy look when you don't want to wear the same Adidas Sambas or Gazelles as your friends.

Buying from PUMA online has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased a pair of shoes that my niece wanted for her birthday and I got them late and the shoes were the wrong size (the box said size 6 but the shoes inside were a size 8). The fit for the show is true to size. I love the colors and can't wait to style the shoe. When they arrived, I tried them on and they were snug and very comfortable. The worse thing to find is a show that does not "hug" my foot and provide me with support. The packaging was done with care and I actually found myself unwrapping the shoe!

I bought the classic Palermo in Neutral/White, White/Grey/Black and Black Suede w/Gum Sole. It all started with the neutral pair and I loved them so much I ordered the other (2) pair. Now I have another pair of the neutral on the way because I like them so much that I want a back up for when they wear out. Love the quality, style, price and great Customer Service!
Loved these men's Puma shoes immediately out of the box. The colors are fun and go well with jeans, khakis or shorts. I wear 8.5 and the size was true to fit. The shoes are comfortable and I like the quality of craftmanship. The suede is a nice touch. Got several compliments on the shoes the first time I wore them. Would definitely recommend them.
The sneakers arrived in great condition and looked exactly as I thought they would. Unfortunately I've only been able to wear them around my house since it's been raining or snowing almost every day since I got them. I definitely dont want them dirty so soon after buying them. I'm sure they'll look and feel great outdoors sometime this spring!
Everything about these trainers are amazing. I’ve worn them everyday since they arrived. I have wide feet and these fit so well. The bright vibrant colour makes you outfits pop. They’re very versatile and can be worn with a skirt or jeans.
These look awesome, but for $90 shoes I am definitely disappointed. They feel stiff and like they are made of cardboard. There’s no arch support or pushing and overall, I think they might end up hurting my feet. Such a shame because the colors and retro vibe is on point. I am not sure if I have tried on any shoes that feel this unsupportive and cheap. I hate to but will probably return. How hard would it be to put a little quality behind the cool looks and make these an amazing shoe?!
Love the look of the shoes,However the pair I received looked like someone wore them and returned them and nobody bothered to inspect them.. only one shoe wrapped in paper, same shoe had no paper inside but the other shoe did.. they looked like they sent somebody used shoes.. still in good condition but not brand new. I ordered around 9 different pairs of shoes unfortunately these were the most expensive pair. I could return there is that option. You also i option to inspect your product before you ship it.
I really like Puma shoes! I have over 40 pairs!! I do, however, have a defective pair that I purchased second hand. I would like to ship them to Puma in hopes that defects such as this one can be eliminated. Where should I ship the defective shoes? I am not looking for a refund...just trying to help with quality control at your factory.
