I did not buy these to work out or train in, I bought these to match my puma outfits b/c I have a lot in this particular color. They're beautiful! So while I can't speak for the training/working out side of them, I would order a size up! I'm a true 7.5 and these feel a bit tight. High quality, love the look and design of them, super comfortable (just order a size up).

High quality, love the look and design of them, super comfortable (just order a size up).

I love the style except that the entrance of the shoes was quite narrow.
The shoes are really tight and it’s hard to adjust due to the fact that the front part where the laces are is not a movable flap you can move up and down to adjust to your unique foot needs. It’s just a circle shoe that encloses your foot. Good support on the bottom but would not buy again.
I bought this because I work on my feet all day and I am super happy! It is so soft and comfy, I used to get home and have sore heels, not anymore :)
Great shoe, very comfortable, just a little hard to put on with the attached tongue, otherwise I love them
I purchased these for the wife because she loves the Puma run/walk shoe over Nike, Adidas, and her former favorite New Balance. An easy purchase moving forward, because I do not sleep on the couch!
