I used this product when I went overseas to Thailand (where I was sweating all day) and water just wouldn't cut it. I had the lemon flavoured electrolyte mix, and it made me feel better right away. I've bought it again to use for my workouts, and I know I won't be disappointed.The electrolyte mix itself isn't too sweet, it doesn't have as much potassium as other mixes do (which, if you're taking certain medications like me, is a very good thing), and you can taste the real fruit pieces in it.

I purchased PURE electrolyte hydration as these is the electrolyte of choice for the Auckland and Queenstown Marathons (which I will be running in a few months time). Pleasant tasting and easy on the stomach

An excellent hydration product without a heavy flavour for those long cycle rides. The individual sachets are convenient for use out on the ride but generates a lot of plastic waste per drink. Could be expensive compared to same product packaged differently.

I really like this electrolyte drink because it’s not too sweet and keeps me well hydrated. Lemon flavour is good. I use it for long runs and mountain biking.
Such a yum and easy drink to drink. I was worried it was going to be too strong and sweet but it’s actually really nice & weak! Yummy and very happy I got it. Also speedy delivery and amazing service ❤️

We've tried the "Raspberry" & "Superfruit" flavours so far, & we both agree that the "Raspberry" flavour is better tasting. If you don't mind the sugar, the tastiest way to have this is to put 1 scoop of the Raspberry flavoured electrolytes into a glass of raspberry flavoured soda water - we use 'Sodastream' for the soda water, & the 'SodaStream Raspberry Soda Mix' for the raspberry flavour. If you're not looking to lose weight, this is by far the tastiest way to enjoy the Raspberry electrolytes
At last, I have found an electrolyte replacement product that works for me and doesn't have the usual sickly taste that other company's products do. Excellent. It is easy to sip on during a Spin class. T.
i dont leave comments at all and i thought it was only fair to leave one for this stuff. First thing i noticed how good my clear my eyes look when i take my makeup off. My dark circles pretty much disappeared from long term dehydration. Sometimes you need more than just water.
Read earlier reviews before purchasing 1 pkt to try. I was impressed with the flavour. Neither salty or sweet & actually tasted of pineapple. Have just placed my next order. Really happy with this product.
