Pure Sports Nutrition Fluid Energy Gel is a premium natural energy gel designed to provide fast fuel during exercise. It has a fluid consistency, is not overly sweet or over-flavoured, and contains 24g of carbohydrates per serve. The gel is gut-friendly, flavoured with real lemon and lime juice, and is vegan friendly. Adults should use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise, and always use the gel with 200-300ml of fluids to help prevent gastrointestinal upset.
