My go to nutrition during XC MTB XCO events, that if used with a Koda Nutrition Flask, make them very easy to consume and digest at any time. They are also my preference in the second half of XC MTB endurance events, because they are invariably easier to consume than a bar.
Awesome product, been using the gels for the past 8 months and its a great bit of extra enegry whole out padding, flavour is nice not over powering or not a foul taste in your mouth after taking. Time it right and ita a nice pick me up when energy levels are decreasing. I notice the difference when i take them for sure.
