I started to see a difference within 2 and a half weeks . It makes me feel overall good, didn't feel tired as much anymore and felt more focused. im just continuing to take them as a part of my daily routine. And i love that this effect is from organic ingredients. I would highly recommend to any body.

This is a comprehensive supplement, so well developed to include what is necessary and from the best possible sources. I find it helps maintain good health and consistent energy. BUT. The size of these tablets is daunting. I have trouble swallowing larger supplements and always opt for capsules if it's going to be a large one. They are difficult enough to swallow that I may (reluctantly) discontinue using them.
I’ve been taking this vitamin since 2023 after I had my son and needed to get my hormones back in check. This vitamin truly helped me, I felt a total difference in my mood. I was happier, had more energy, after a week of taking these I was deep cleaning my fridge LOL! They truly gave me what I needed to get some spark back. Even a year later I don’t want any other vitamin, I highly recommend these not just postpartum but to all my girlies!
So far so great!! I really love the taste of these! And sure they are what my daughter calls horse pills but I don't feel like they are hard to swallow at all. I feel good taking these over any other brand because of the quality and of course all the nutrients that are in these, it's a steal of a price. I know I'm getting everything my body needs. I trust Pure Synergy and love their products, they've always been true to their ethics.
Iʻm on 2 months in using this supplement. I appreciate the care in packaging, Iʻm pre-diabetic and I researched an ingredient, Maltodextrin and Iʻm now understanding the reason my daily blood sugar monitoring is slightly higher then normal. It has a GI ranging from 106 to 136, higher than table sugar. This means that it can raise your blood sugar level very quickly. Iʻm in search of a muti vitamin that covers everything without Maltodextrin in the supplement.
I have been taking Vitamin Balance for a few months now and I really like these vitamins. I can't speak to any significant changes in my body because I take several Pure Synergy vitamins along with other supplements, in addition to eating a healthy diet, but I will say they don't make my stomach hurt, even when I take them on an empty stomach, and I don't get that nasty vitamin taste after I consume them. I do feel they contribute to my overall well-being and I feel great about the quality of the vitamins.
The product is great as an all natural, clean, organic, well formulated supplement. That’s the only reason I’ve purchased. Not offering volume order discounts vs auto replenishment is a deterrent and your clunky handling of discounts through your e-commerce site doesn’t create a friction free consumer experience. I suggest auditing your entire consumer experience to identify where you are frustrating your clients.
I have been taking these multi-vitamins now for many months and have been feeling well for my 78 years of age. I also supplement with additional vitamins and minerals according to my personal needs. I appreciate that these tablets are easy to swallow which had been a problem for me in the past with other multi-vitamins.
