I brought this hoping it work on my long hair cat. Unfortunately she did not like it. Would probably work well on a dog as they don't tend to mind a brush or comb being used with a bit of pressure against their body.

My 1yr old Rottie X is dropping all her puppy hair. The normal dog brush wasn't enough. This comb is fantastic for dogs losing there first coat.

Amazing,I have used this on all of my pets and im a dog walker so use it on all of my clients dogs.Its great for cats with short hair and long alike.I havent got a show animal so i cant advise on wheather it would damage their fur.

Good for when my dog loses her old coat, helps to get the loose hair off her and she enjoys the feeling of being brushed with it.
