Great size, very useful. I have baked casseroles, chicken and Mac-n-cheese in them. I’ve used them to store leftovers in the fridge and to freeze chili in. They’ve been utilized as a marinade dish, a serving dish and a storage container. They’ve enjoyed being the purveyor of my awesome homemade Christmas fudge to coworkers.

Functional, clean lines, and an excellent size. I use mine to store cheese and the round version to marinade meat. There are no issues with food drying out or going out of date. Easy to clean and overall an excellent storage container. They easily fit in the fridge and are stackable.

Also, I made a few customer service calls with questions and a few minor problems and I have NEVER worked with a more responsive and helpful company--NEVER!--and I shop online more than I shop in stores.My only negative comment about ANY of the Pyrex is that I do not recommend the pieces that have LARGE handles. They do not store as well in our cabinets and I am more likely to break the handles.

Firstly, I APPLAUD Corelle/ Pyrex for not farming out their fulfillment to Amazon for many reasons.Secondly, I EXHORT Corelle/Pyrex to avoid dousing their warehouses in toxic fragrance/ cleaners/ pesticides/ biocides/ mildewcides/ etc. and thank them for limiting this assault on health. Otherwise I would have had to return these products immediately.Thirdly, I encourage the company to consider using plastics that off-gas (or out-gas, if you prefer the term) less than these lids. While they are not contaminated from external chemicals, the plastic itself will likely need to off gas for at least 6 months before I can bring into my home. The glass was able to be washed and used immediately.Thus, the mixed , yet honest review.
A great size to go from oven to 'fridge or freezer to microwave to dishwasher. I bought 6 of these and am planning to buy more. Recent projects: #1 I roasted sweet peppers with some jalapenos and a few serranos, stored in the 'fridge for a week until I tossed them into the food processor with the knife blade to add to my homemade lasagna sauce. #2 I finished off a stovetop lentil stew made with 2 kinds of lentils, celery, onions, finely grated carrots and potatoes in the oven and then stored in the freezer for later.
Very useful, I like to freeze my home-made soups and home-grown berries in them. Easy to stack in the freezer, I just put the container in a freezer bag to make it air tight and I can reuse the freezer bags many times over instead of just one time if I froze the food in them directly.
Love the rectangular shape and versatility for fridge storage, microwave, and frezer. Lids can be tricky but they fit. Easy to stack and clean. Glass is heavier than plastic. Be cautious when hand washing. Great value for the price.
I just love this brand and the variety of storage sizes available. The possibilities are endless with what they can be used for. I purchased the 11 cup size as I found this one ideal for my homemade broth storage. I freeze it in silicone ice cube trays. Then when I pop them out, this is perfect for me to keep them. I found that I can fit the same amount in the 11-cup size as I would in a gallon-sized plastic bag. Advantages the 11 cup size doesn't wear like a plastic bag, stores easier and better on the environment.
A few years ago, I eliminated all my plastic storage containers in favor of round glass Pyrex bowls with lids. I love them and use them for pretty much everything. But, the round shape didn't always work for items like pizza, lunch meats, or some leftovers. Then I discovered that there were rectangular containers as well. I bought 2 in each of the 3 sizes. This big one is perfect for slices of pizza, cake, even melon wedges - things I typically used Ziploc bags for. Yes, the glass is heavy, but it's a sustainable means of storage that keeps food fresh and helps me cut down on plastic bags. I love them.
very convenient for breakfast casserole. I have two of those. I wish it came with a silicone lid, instead of a polymer one. The current lid falls apart with time.
