Cast Iron cookware beats everything else. This is from experience...Just ask any reputable chef. Like any cast iron skillet or pan, it has to be maintained (carefully washed and dried and seasoned with oil) but will last indefinitely if looked after. Cast iron retains much more heat, and everything cooks and tastes better. This Pyrocast wok is as good as any cast iron wok, and better than some other more expensive ones. Quality product at a great price. Highly recommended.
Excellent yet to use but very impressed with the product itself. Heavy but that is impressive.
Superb heavy duty, HEAVY cast-iron wok. Very good even heat on low to medium on whatever your cooktop may be. Invest in the Chasseur silicone pot handles, they are the perfect match for this.
