I use my frypan every morning to cook tomatoes, and for general cooking. I have tried most of the non stick frypans over the years from cheap to stupidly expensive including Scanpan, Jamie Oliver, Bluestone, Flavorstone and Woll. The Falvorstone was the most non stick, being exceptional in this area, but it is fragile. You cannot let it get very hot and it has a limited life and scratches easily. The Woll lasted a very long time, but was not overly non stick. The Pyrolux has 80% of its non stick, but outlasted all the others by several years and was much more tolerant to heat, and it is very well made and is my run away recommendation, and non sticky frypans are almost an obsession to me.

I have only used the pan a few times, but so far, nothing has stuck and it’s easy to clean. Hopefully, it continues to be this good. If it is, I will buy one again.

Absolutely the best non-stick pan I've ever used. I've tried other non-stick pans but they did not live up to expectations. The PyroStone Pyrolux frypan is the real deal: it truly is non-stick. Cannot recommend highly enough..

I used to buy Swiss diamond, analon, scanpan but their non-stick properties as I discovered don’t last any longer than these “stone” coated cheaper pans. It’s an easy choice.
Purchased to aid my passion for frittata. Start on the stovetop and briefly finish in the oven. This frypan serves both purposes. Perfect.
This is an excellent frypan for both cooking and cleaning. Nothing sticks to it and after washing, there are only a few drops of water left to be dried. It gets almost daily use and has superseded all my other pans. As usual,a good price,and beautifully packed by Everten.
It works well so far, time will tell whether it's a stayer or not. Most brands of non-stick pans have a short life span because they don't handle high temperatures well. I would have preferred the pan could take oven temperatures higher than the 180 degrees they specify, but..... Everten were as quick and efficient as usual in supplying it.
Perfect for cooking veges/sides for 2 people. Purchased this to complement our Cuisinart Chefs iA+ frying pan of the same size, but we now only use this one as it is so much lighter and easier to handle, while also somehow feeling more sturdy. Handle a bit harder to clean than the Cuisinart's stainless one, but no dramas.
We moved to a new house with induction cooktop and therefore had to purchase new frying pan. Was quite skeptic to buy this as I havent used the brand before. I like the lightweight pan not too heavy, the surface is easy to cook and clean. For cooking stir fry it takes a while to generate heat but overall ok
The frying pan warms up easily and cooks the food evenly. Just works beautifully!
