I would give this 0 stars if that was an option. The quality of the photos makes it absolutely pointless. They are grossly pixelated - even when taken with a quality camera. I gave this as a gift and after thoughtfully taking the time to put photos together on a USB, I set it up, turned it on and nearly vomited from the sinking feeling of disappointment.

Low quality display. Feels cheap considering the price. Very low tech, and need to maintain a constant power source IE needs to be plugged in all the time. Better alternative buy a tablet from Kmart and load the pics up on it. Takes limited format for pics.

Ended up connecting it to the laptop and transferring that way. Need to be a bit tech savvy. Bought it for my mum with dementia so it will hopefully bring back some good memories.

Happy with our purchase. The product meet our expectations. The pictures quality is decent enough, not super crisp, however we did not expect they would be from the specifications or the price. The specifications listed on the website are incorrect . The resolution listed on the website is 1366 x 768 but the product is actually 1024 x 600. We bought this in store, so I checked the specs with the sales man and he confirmed the website was incorrect. Great in store service.
Horrible. Not only was it missing items, when it did work the product glitched and you couldnt reset it or change it. You use a USB for photos to work on it, it creates duplicates on the frame and lags when trying to use it.
Screen can't be viewed from some angles properly and pictures viewed in landscape or portrait mode can come out differently on the device. A little expensive for its capabilities.
I had a Digital Photo Frame for many years and it died so I wanted to get something similar. I shopped around and found that the Good Guys had what I wanted and at a good price. It is similar to the model I had before but with some improvements like being able to transfer photos from USB, Sim Card or Cable. It also can store a lot of photos on it's own hard drive. It was easy to load the photos. It comes with a link to software to make sure all your photos are the right way up which was handy. The photos fill the frame well and it comes with an auto on and off system which is great so you don't have to remember to turn it off and on.
The photos are clear but some come up on the screen upside down and sideways. According to the paperwork that came with the frame, this is a fault with the product. The only way to rectify the problem is to put those photos in a separate folder which I don’t want to do. Just want a product that would show all photos the right way up. No happy with this product.
Bad resolution, the photos look terrible.Not sure what to replace it with, it seems that photo frames are out of fashion. I have one I bought 15 years ago and the screen makes the photos look like paper but better.This product is not up to my standards.
I bought an SD card to put into the frame, which was so easy to use. I just loaded photos onto the card, popped it into the slot in the frame and turned it on. One tap on the photos icon and it started by itself. Such a great present for an elderly gent with dementia.. he can just watch the photos scroll round.. no assistance required. The photos are clear and orientate the right way so messing around editing etc.
