Had a perfect fit. Havn't found a vent mount that has been this stable ever before. It is just awesome. I accually like it more then the mount for the car window. Only negative thing I can think of is that its the phone easier can end up a little sideways if the vent isn't completely straight. Can't just adjust it like with the window mount. But I myself havn't really cared about it.

This was exactly what I was looking for.I’ve been using the suction dash/windscreen mount for sometime now, but during the extreme heat we had this year (2022), it simply fell off the adhesive dash pad, so I had move it’s position and stick it to the windscreen instead, which I didn’t like. Thankfully, Quad Lock have introduced this new vent mount and it works great. I do have to occasionally add a small turn to the adjuster to tighten it that little bit more, because it either comes loose or it’s digging into the vent slat slightly, but I can’t quite tell. Either way, it’s a huge improvement and it’s still super secure. Also, I suppose that with the versatility it has with watching videos during lunch break, the isn’t too bad price after all. Recommended. Just check your vent design to see if it’ll work.

Very good firm Holder. Easy on off, and positioning. To get it firm one needs to tighten the grip. Two of the Air vent fins broke in the process. Be warned. Be careful, and choose an area that it a spoke does breaks it won't show too much. One could also insert a metal piece inside the Vent for the hook too latch on to.
