Click it in and don't ever worry about it falling out. I've bought universal backing to mount my tuner when I'm running tuning runs. Super handy setup. Got new phone and needed a new universal back. Saw they now make it in all aluminum. Didn't think twice, bought it right away. Original plastic worked great. But I want to show my support for this company and who would like an all alum setup. I honestly recommend this to anyone. And plus when your phone/tuner is disconnected, you are not left with a high ugly looking phone mount on your bike. It looks small and clean. Just another bonus.

This is my 2nd quad lock motorcycle mount (I forgot to take it off my last bike when I sold it). My first quad lock lived on a Husqvarna 701 enduro. It never broke and my phone never fell off riding on mountain trails…… even when I fell. I went with the pro mount this time around. Same function as the original, it’s made of metal and is all black. Super sturdy. I added the quad lock adjustment elbow so I can angle my phone upwards and added the vibration damper. They thought of everything and it’s a great package that you can add to or customize for your needs. My buddy tried to get me to go with a different mount, but after seeing the fit and finish of his compared to quad lock…….. going with quad lock was a no brainer.

Recently bought this and I’m not happy. I bought the motorcycle kits with the universal attachment and the vibration dampener directly from quadlock. At a total cost of £61.07 I was expecting something of higher build quality, it felt a bit cheap and flimsy. However, I thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt. Now I was aware that with the universal attachment you are instructed to adhere it to a hard case (not made from rubber or TPE) or the phone directly (I have a sony Xperia g8141 for which there is no appropriate quad lock case). With that in mind I elected to cut a hole in my rubber case, ample enough to allow me to attach the mount directly to my phone while still retaining the case on the mobile. Good quality product. Easy and neat fitting. In use the anti vibration fitting means my phone wobbles around and makes viewing the map difficult. Also quadlock do not sell a case to fit my samsung A50. ..so i bought the universal fitting. But getting a case made of plain plastic which allows the universal fitting to stick was very difficult. I did eventually find one but it is not great quality or a great look. Have to say i am disappointed after spending so much for the system.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product I purchased from your company. I bought the Quadlock last month and to my surprise, the material had a very weak grip and quickly became damaged.Upon using the product, I noticed that the material used was not strong enough to withstand daily use, resulting in damage that compromised its effectiveness. Additionally, the grip of the product was very weak and did not hold securely, making it even more difficult to use.Considering the amount I paid for the product, I expected a higher quality and durability, which unfortunately did not happen.I appreciate your attention to this matter and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.Sincerely,
I really love this mounting system and believe it is the best one available to date. I have used just about every mounting system out there and finally found a good setup. However, there are issues that need to be resolved. 1. The waterproofing solution is a slip on rubber which is a ridiculous idea. Please take that behind the barn and shoot it. I ended up buying a waterproof case with military shock/drop proof on Amazon for $19 and used the universal adapter. 2. The universal adapter states it is not compatible with the wireless charger. This is true and also not true. It is dependent on mounting the adapter exactly center so the coils line up and the case needs to be compatible with wireless charging. Depending how you mount the phone, it releases with one hand only in one orientation. Otherwise it requires 2 hands unless you rotate the mount to accommodate your orientation. This could be solved with a 360 swivel adapter where the release tabs would rotate with your phone and always be accessible one handed.

I haven't been able to use my quad lock yet, because the 3m tape on the universal adapter does not adhere to the back of my phone case at all. It was brand new when I peeled the protector off. I made sure to clean my case thoroughly with the wipe beforehand and let it dry. However, the Premier magnetic universal mount metal plate, bought from Autozone, that has 3m tape works just fine, so I continue to use when I'm in my vehicles. As a matter of fact, I was able to stick the metal plate back on after I had removed it to try to adhere the quad lock mount, so it's clear the tape on the quad lock mount isn't near as good. That definitely doesn't look good, because a company can't risk a customer's expensive phone getting damaged over some bad adhesive. However, the ... Very good product. The only thing that would make it perfect for me is if the unit kept my phone a little more sturdier. It still had more movement than I would like at 70 mph. (basically highway speed). Though I got the vibration damper. I think its for bikes like Harleys that have an engine rumble that transfers through the bike then the handlebars to the phone. My issue is that the little wind that does get to my phone (no windscreen) it still moves my phone more than my liking.
I got the CNC mount and stabilizer. So far they’re working well. Fortunately I was able to get a case for free as this system in it’s entirety is expensive. The ability to mount this system on my bike isn’t the easiest (Ducati 749). I am lucky enough that the stabilizer makes this mount just tall enough to fit my phone near the ignition. I wish the base product would come with the risers instead of charging an extra 10$ for them. This system is already pumping customers for a lot of money off the rip and that’s not even considering charging options.Overall it works as intended. Other than what i mentioned above, no additional issues to be had.
