Amazing products

I own two iPhones (15 and 15 pro max) and purchased mag cases, coloured rings, utility belt clip, ponchos and running arm band for both iPhones as well as a car mount with mag head. I am absolutely satisfied with the quadlock product quality, the Mag cases are sturdy, fitting is perfect and allow you to use MagSafe accessories. I drive trucks and tractors and It won’t move one bit from the Mag car mount despite rocky roads and unpaved roads which is very impressive.The mag cases can also be used with regular « non Mag » mounts and locks perfectly.Money well spent!

Dishonest, false advertising, scammed and shocking post sales support

Bought an iPhone case advertised as being ‘MagSafe compatible’ - turns out it isn’t, the phone will not charge with the Quadlock case on when using a genuine Apple MagSafe charger.What’s worse is that it turns out that Quadlock are aware of this issue, and yet they continue to sell these cases with language in their website and other advertising that suggests they are compatible with Apple MagSafe chargers. It’s dishonest and underhand.So I asked for a refund, and was first told “No”Ok, so I had to escalate the claim to PayPal. Now Quadlock want me to send the item to Australia (from the U.K.) before issuing a refund, despite the fact it wasn’t sent to me from Australia when I bought it. The shipping to Australia would cost more than the item itself! They know that it simply isn’t economic for people to send an item, half way around the world, by some form of guaranteed service, by a deadline date, at a cost exceeding the item price. So this behaviour is also underhand and feels very ‘scammy’ as a customer.Quadlock are knowingly selling, and still insinuating that these products are compatible with MagSafe, when it has been brought to their attention many times over that they are not compatible. A small-print footnote on the website is not good enough. Either fix the problem, or state clearly ‘NOT COMPATIBLE WITH APPLE MAGSAFE’ - what’s wrong with admitting your mistakes?I’ve been using Quadlock for many years and was an early adopter. But this recent experience has left me feeling very let down, and I will now be moving to another brand who cares more about their customer.

Dissapointed with this one

This is my third case from Quad Lock and for sure the worst.Pure fitting to ring and bike mount - see attached video. ( "twisted accessoris") - should it be like that?As to mag hold in car or mag powerbank it desn't have to be that precise, but also have looses.Very good fitting to the phone and look solid, though...:buttons for turn on and volume adjustment also have small looses, they are made from different material (harder plastic), not "rubber-like" as in previos quadlocks. It doesn't disturb much but it's different than previous.

Needs basic improvements

The quality itself of the case feels really good and sturdy however that's the only upside of the case basically(excluding the mounting part). The case has no grip at all and over the course of about 3 weeks the case already shows signs of usage(small light scratches) due to the matt finish on the case.As a case by itself(overlooking the mounting part) does not overall cover all the basic necessities for a good phone cover(Grip(bad), Sturdy(Good), Durable(no)). Mounting the phone to the phone stand is kinda tricky until you get used to it but it's good and feels sturdy and trustable.Recommendation: Put textered grip on the side of the case and definetly do not use the same finish as this current one. Not really compatible with the Ring/Stand

MagCase for iPhone 15 is my third Quadlock case (previous two were classic models) and the first one to which I can not give a 5 stars review. Case itself is great look and feel like always. However, it seems that the measurement for the case have some problems. I ordered a Ring Stand and it turned out it could not be fitted in this case even by a brutal force. Then I received a replacement Ring and it is now possible to put it on, but the force that has to be used to do so I very big. So either this specific case is faulty or the whole MagCase series has similar issue with the Ring.

If you want to avoid the „Spider-Man app“ on your phone display, quadlock is the best solution for your phone. Usually the glass breaks when your phone succumbs to gravity and hits the ground with one of the corners or, god forbid, with its face. Quadlock, though, wraps neatly around the corners and edges of your phone so that if you should let it slip it survives the fall for sure. Believe me, I tried many a times. It also tightly holds in place when you put it on one of the mounts. I use the bike mount and recently bought a wireless charging head: it snaps in place and stays put. Strong and reliable

I recently purchased some new quad lock goodies for a second motorbike that I intend to take on an off road challenge. handle bar mount,Vibration dumper, wireless charge head and a new case for an iPhone to replace the old tatty worn out one that was a few years old.After only 5 or 6 miles into my journey having just fitted the quad lock system. A car turned across in front of me sending me and the bike cartwheeling down the road. Me straight in to the trauma unit with multiple rib fractures and a broken back amongst other injuries.I was amazed to discover that my phone stayed perfectly where I left it on its quad lock mount with not so much as a single scratch.This is testament to the quality and strength of quad lock components. I was expecting to reach with the telephone and the magnets do the grabbing, may be also do the locking in place. that was way too much to expect.- another expectation that proved to be too optimistic was to imagine the necessary dampening and ball joint for free adjustment of viewing angle to be there as default. They are available as additional cost and height.- i was not aware of the possible vibration damage to iphone camera and the dampening buffer solution to it before buying, probably not so relevant for my use except may be on the electric bike. Had I known this it might have affected my buying decision.- i bought most items from the local seller in my country but the new iphone 15 sleeve i had to order from the producers web shop in another country; that did not feel right.- i think the price is a bit stiff, possibly because alternatives either are not there or if there are (such as the one I found later) do not have such an extensive product portfolio.

useless poncho

very average. Hard to place the phone in. Case makes the security glass lift up.Poncho is bad. Stiff and hard to get the phone and case in it. Most important- touch screen of the phone does not work through it. Security glass might be the reason, but I do not see as an option to remove the security glass because I presume the phone would cook inside of the poncho in good weather conditions.client service is bad. delivery took twice as long time as advertised. And they used standard international postal service. I needed the goods to arrive on set date to have them for the trip - no action and goods arrived after the trip.
