Cheaply made. The volume button does nothing. Complete nightmare to use in the house, wouldn't want to even try in the woods.

Dont buy this

I got this call to use when the turkeys are close and when I got this call it sounded ok definatly not great but after wetting it to test the waterproof it sounded horrible and has never been the same. Do not purchase this product.

Good for a second hen, and a beginner!

For a second hen, after the gobbler is in sight. Nice cluck. Not easy to adjust, afraid might stretch the "spring"". Would've paid $10."

It’s ok. Easy to use. I got it so my kids could start participatingin calling a little when I take them. The spring seemsreally loud to me.

I haven't been turkey hunting long and struggle with calling. Figured this might be a good fix. it's not. It just doesn't sound good no matter how I adjusted it.My advice is to spend time learning a box and friction call and save your money. This is not a quick fix.

For some reason these calls with the wood push pin do not sound as good as the ones with the plastic push pin they used to produce.Sportsmans needs to correct their advertising. They show the call with the plastic pin but send you the call with the wood pin. What’s up with that?

I bought this to see if it was any good, the cyclone always seemed interesting so I finally bought one. I took it with me opening day to try it out and I thought it was an ok caller. I would use this for close calling like if the turkey is around 60 to 80 yards anything more than that is iffy it puts out an ok sound but not as loud as I was expecting it to be. It is very easy to use just push on the long black plastic stick and you can do some easy calling or you can push the little black plastic button on the bottom right to do some low calling if the turkey is in close on you. Over all I give it 3 out of 5 stars. The only thing I would use this for is if the turkey was really close on me and I had one hand on my gun I can put this off to the side of my leg and ... MoreI bought this to see if it was any good, the cyclone always seemed interesting so I finally bought one. i am new to turkey hunting and ordered this call with a box call and a crow call also. this call is not as powerful as a box call but the ease of use to make hen sounds is nice. i watched some youtube videos of box calls and learned the different sounds hens make and was easily able to replicate them with this call. the other thing i like is that i can lay on the ground and balance my shotgun on my back pack in front of me to take the shot and still use this call in my off hand under my guillie poncho. you can use this with one hand as opposed to having to use two hands with a box call. it really is water proof too!my only gripe with this call is that the spring squeaks a little, but i cant gripe that much because i used this to bring in a tom real close to the ... Morei am new to turkey hunting and ordered this call with a box call and a crow call also. this call is not as powerful as a box call but the ease of use to make hen sounds is nice. i watched some youtube videos of box calls and learned the different sounds hens make and was easily able to replicate them with this call. the other thing i like is that i can lay on the ground and balance my shotgun on my back pack in front of me to take the shot and still use this call in my off hand under my guillie poncho. you can use this with one hand as opposed to having to use two hands with a box call. it really is water proof too!my only gripe with this call is that the spring squeaks a little, but i cant gripe that much because i used this to bring in a tom real close to the decoys and it gobbled back at it more than enough times en route.i would recommend this call coupled with a box call to have a deadly set of tools to use when turkey hunting.
