I wish I had found these years ago. Take one tablet if I have to have something which contains milk and no more stomach problems.
This is a product that I found eleviates unpleasant boul symptoms to worthwhile effect. All milk products I have been able to consume with only low level background discomforts. My personal issue is with type A1 protein milk as with most Chinese and Japanese, our digestive systems are designed for type A2 protein. Lactate has been a good option for resolve.
Let's me drink milk, and eat milky things
This is fantastic! I was feeling very sick after eating dairy, and one of these with any cheeses or ice cream have totally eradicated that. On my third bottle. I have tried another brand lower strength not as good as these. I recommend them.
