Probably the best piece of plumbing gear I have ever bought. We had a tap hammer in our shower and tried everything from tap washers to regrinding the washer seats, nothing worked, still bad hammering through the walls. Converting the shower to external flick mixer and attaching a hose to the now hand held shower head, noise is gone, didn't have to rip the wall open to fix it and bonus, its easier to clean the shower!

This product does not work if you already have a shower head installed. That's ok but Quoss does not make this clear when you purchase it especially if you are new to this. Trying to correct the fact that I purchased an expensive item but trying to buy the Quoss shower head only to be told that Quoss doesn't allow you to purchase their shower head separately. You need to originally have purchased the full set at $1049. Poor customer support Quoss! This company needs to smarten up.

What a great way to add a mixer without needing to rip up tiles. There was an easy to follow YouTube video which made installation easy, and it works very well. Glad to have found this product!
High quality product, is exactly what it says it is. Easy to install. Is a special order item but came to my store quickly and was notified quickly. My only complaint is this item is very expensive.

Bought this transformer to get rid of the double taps & need to constantly adjust hot & cold taps. A great idea & saves on pulling your bathroom apart. having great showers.
Was exactly what was needed for our main bathroom. The shower mixer had been leaking for a while, and we were getting some pretty awful quotes to have it replaced. This product was a very simple DIY fix. As long as you have some basic tools, and a bit of plumbing know how, it's a fairly easy fix.
Very easy to install and worked as described first time. Our old style shower taps were difficult to use especially by my wife who has weak hands, I had tried multiple times to repair and rejuvenate them but without any great result. This pruduct bypasses all the old tapware and enables a flick mixer operation and I could still use the existing shower head. Do note that if your shower recess is very small, the new unit could cause some issues due to the fact that it does sit off the wall by about 100mm.
