First time purchasing an RM Williams after watching all the reviews online. Took a few days to get used to but then after that it fits comfortably and great to wear all day. I walk around all day visiting different sites for work and love wearing them. Next time probably will purchase one in another colour.

Dont get the classic. Its very bad for everyday wear. The leather sole wore out really quickly and very slippery, making it a risk. I wore it for less than an hour and wanted to return it only for David Jones to reject my request because part of the sole already wear off. Thats horrible quality for 600+ boots. Get craftsman comfort only!

Using the info provided by Australian Boot Co and the size equivalents during the order entry page, I was able to select the perfect size. The shipping option I had chosen at checkout was unavailable in practice at shipping time, the store called me to make alternate arrangements and the boots arrived the day after they shipped, well packaged.The chestnut colour on the site is almost exactly like the real thing; no colour gimmickry to make the boots looks more attractive online. But I wanted a dressier looking boot in a finer leather for work, so I invested in the Comfort Craftsman. Firstly, yes. You will buy cheaper boots but you’ll never buy better ones. I bought these to replace my 15 year old RM’s but when I got them, I couldn’t say goodbye to the old ones. So, a quick trip to the bookmaker for a spit and polish and the old ones are almost good as new. So now I have a work pair and a play pair. These boots will outlast 5 or more pairs of anything else. Plus, they are timeless. That makes them a great investment!
My old boots had to be retired. I checked my size in an RMW shop, looked for boots online and found Hanna’s to be the cheapest. They came the next day after the online order. They fit like a glove. So happy, thank you Hanna’s!
Just bought my third pair of RM Williams Comfort Craftsman boots this time in black. Once you’ve bought one pair it’s hard to stop! They’re just so comfortable and classy and every time I put them on it’s like a special occasion. If you’re thinking about whether they’re worth the money I’d emphatically say “yes”.
I had a pair of brown R.M.Williams craftsman boots for years. They were much more comfortable and durable. I would love to buy another pair in black, they look stylish and great quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something unique - can’t go wrong with these R.M.Williams boots :)
Just bought these after having my previous pair for 12 years! They are still going strong…. Whilst uncomfortable in the beginning once the shoe moulds to your foot they become like a second skin… well worth the price and better is on sale!
