I really went back and forth on whether to buy these boots. The hesitation was the price of the boot. But after finally reading all the reviews and the YouTube videos I bought a pair. After owning these boots for sometime now I can say they are worth the price. By far the most comfortable, stylish, and durable footwear I own. Not only that they look better with time. Lastly, the customer service at the Gastown location in Vancouver was great! They answered all of my questions, and gave great advice on how to take care of the boots.

Boots arrived in the mail very Quickley after placing the order. I was bit concerned with ordering online without trying on a pare for sizing, but the boots fitted perfectly. Very comfortable to ware straight out of the box.

Hanna's had the best price for these quality boots. Free delivery and arrived within a week of ordering. Hubby absolutely loves these boots. Would advise to have RMW boots professionally fitted before purchase. Hubby is AU10.5H but would usually be AU11 in other brands.

The Hannas Team were fantastic. I ordered two pairs of RM Boots. They did not have one of them in stock but sent the first pair immediately. I had them at my door within 24 hours. The second pair had to be ordered and I had them within a week. Hannas communicated with me constantly to ensure I had not been forgotten. I would recommend Hannas to everyone. Great service! I am working on my second pair of the Gardener for everyday out and about and was tired of wearing uncomfy shoes to work- I’m on my feet all day in a healthcare clinic. But I wanted a dressier looking boot in a finer leather for work, so I invested in the Comfort Craftsman. I don’t know how many women typically buy these boots for office attire, but I can wholeheartedly recommend these as a chic Chelsea with crop pants. And they are very, very comfortable. I was literally thinking today that my feet were very happy! I wear the same size in the comfort craftsman as I did in the Gardener. Firstly, yes. You will buy cheaper boots but you’ll never buy better ones. I bought these to replace my 15 year old RM’s but when I got them, I couldn’t say goodbye to the old ones. So, a quick trip to the bookmaker for a spit and polish and the old ones are almost good as new. So now I have a work pair and a play pair. These boots will outlast 5 or more pairs of anything else. Plus, they are timeless. That makes them a great investment!
My old boots had to be retired. I checked my size in an RMW shop, looked for boots online and found Hanna’s to be the cheapest. They came the next day after the online order. They fit like a glove. So happy, thank you Hanna’s!
Purchased RM Williams, new mid brown. Like my previous purchases, they never disappoint. Hanna's were fantastic, professional and better than RM store that I previously visited. I will be back!
