I really went back and forth on whether to buy these boots. The hesitation was the price of the boot. But after finally reading all the reviews and the YouTube videos I bought a pair. After owning these boots for sometime now I can say they are worth the price. By far the most comfortable, stylish, and durable footwear I own. Not only that they look better with time. Lastly, the customer service at the Gastown location in Vancouver was great! They answered all of my questions, and gave great advice on how to take care of the boots.

Great boot!!! The RM Williams H width fits my wide feet perfectly. I really like the leather liner and comfort insole. Also the composite sole gives the Craftsman more traction and durability. Lastly I like the whole cut boot (one seam on the back), which is quite rare to have on a Chelsea (elastic-sided boots) or any footwear for that matter.RM Williams is the Cadilliac of Chelsea boots!Cheers, Tyler Marshall Summerland, BC,Canada

You can’t go wrong with a pair of RM’s and you can’t go wrong with the service from Hanna’s. It was my first purchase from these guys and it definitely won’t be my last. Nothing was too much trouble and Michael was brilliant to deal with.

I am working on my second pair of the Gardener for everyday out and about and was tired of wearing uncomfy shoes to work- I’m on my feet all day in a healthcare clinic. But I wanted a dressier looking boot in a finer leather for work, so I invested in the Comfort Craftsman. I don’t know how many women typically buy these boots for office attire, but I can wholeheartedly recommend these as a chic Chelsea with crop pants. And they are very, very comfortable. I was literally thinking today that my feet were very happy! I wear the same size in the comfort craftsman as I did in the Gardener. Boots are amazing. Do yourself a favour and invest in these boots. They are comfortable to wear all day.Your feet don't ache and you're not rushing to take them off when you get home. You feel pretty proud wearing them.

Comfortable if slightly narrow fitting. They have a more pointed toe than the photos suggested. However, I am very pleased with them.
Purchased RM Williams, new mid brown. Like my previous purchases, they never disappoint. Hanna's were fantastic, professional and better than RM store that I previously visited. I will be back!
