The Nexus is incredibly comfortable and well fitting. I have several fleeces like this. Patagonia R1 is the most similar, and this really takes the cake. It breathes exceptionally well and retains heat when used as a mid layer. The fit is fairly slim and form fitting, which is what I was looking for.

I can also wear it comfortably around the house as long as it's not over 78F. It packs down well, weighs very little. I bought mine size M at 5' 9" and 185 lbs and it's form fitting but not tight.Just an amazing piece of gear.

These hurt and are annoying on the inside of your lower arms when you have the sleeves up, halfway your arms. Covered these with a short piece of shrinking-tube

I like this layer but the sleeves are a bit too short. I bought a second one in a larger size and whilst the sleeves are better I have now lost the close body fit. At 6ft, I originally bought the size large because I have the Kinetic Alpine Jacket in large which fits like a glove. It is always disappointing when brands can not maintain consistency with sizing.
Happily for me the Nexus hoodie fits as the photograph suggests, like a slim fitted item. The only minor grip I have is a lot of Rab blacks are more dark grey than black. However I knew that before I bought the Nexus, and in no way does it detracts from its excellent quality.
I have the previous version of this hoody, which I really like, but it has succumbed to the infamous 'bobbling'.I haven't worn the new hoody yet but the fit is perfect for me. 4 stars due to potential bobbles appearing.
Like the most technical cardigan I’ll ever own! Thick enoughbto insulate but light and stretchy too. Love the zip pockets and beanie/helmet friendly hood. Packs well and dries quickly. Bright colour makes me feel like a Chamonix local whenever I wear it!
bought it a week ago and have since took it up mount toubkal. great fleece kept me covered and protected from the sun while not being too hot. wore it on summit day as well and it kept me plenty warm along with a few other layers.I was a size large in the Montane and ME equivalents but this one is a bit bigger so be careful when buying.great fleece would recommend.
I bought this because I have a RAB soft shell jacket also in Tuscan Red. It is warm and comfortable but the hood is unstructured and the colour doesn’t quite match the jacket. Will be a useful midlayer.
