The lining on this jacket disintergrates. I bought this rainjacket and within 6months only wore it about four times. the white lining inside the jacket and in the hood disintergrated completely. I replaced it, hoping to give the jacket another chance, but the same thing has already started to happen. Not sure if I am having a string of back luck but the quality not definitely not good in my experience.

Haven't tested it in the rain yet, but it seems sturdy enough. Has a lining which is mesh on the top half to regulate body temp and solid lining at the bottom. Hood tucks into the collar. Good for cold weather as you heat up quite fast.

Really great kids Jacket. It's actually a lot better than I thought it'd be and look like good build quality. Small fits my 6 and a half year old girl well with some room to grow
Not as advertised. The Rainbird 2 has vents in the front and back. The older jacket has no vents in the front. This is the one i received, however, it does the job.
I replaced my old identical (but smaller) rainbird after many years. This one is great, does the job well but seems to be made of slightly less quality materials.

Love it! Apart from looking great, it keeps me feeling dry & comfortable in wet weather. The fact that it folds up into it’s own pocket makes it easy to have on hand!
Bought an XL for my husband on line. Considering my S that I’ve had for years is a very large fit we assumed an XL would be plenty big enough and baggy for my husband. Upon receipt he tried it on and it was a very tight fit. He is only a large size at best. I laid the XL on the floor with my S over top. There was only about 1 centimeters either side in difference yet it is supposed to be 3 sizes larger! I’ve yet to see how hard it is to exchange it.
