Super cute and good length. The only thing I didn’t like was the buttons at the top that adjusts the size. I have a 16 inch laptop and when I use this bag the top is very awkward because of the buttons.

Im not going to lie, I hate this backpack. I wanted to love it so badly as I bike to work and wanted a waterproof backpack. Its really sleek and soft to the touch but it is the most uncomfortable backpack I have ever use in my life. The thin leather straps dig into your shoulders even when its empty. Since they are leather, if you are in a tank top, the straps stick to your skin and it hurts. There is no back padding.Style and appearance 10/10Comfort and usability 0/10I used this backpack twice and will never use it agian.
Got this bag for my wife.Ordered three different styles from Rains and this one was her favorite.Great materials, although straps could be more confortable (hence the 4 stars)
I’ve had this backpack for five years. It’s good for like an IPad, but anything heavier causes the rigid rubber straps to dig into your shoulders and neck kind of intensely. Not practical for anything but small, light items
it's big enough, the snap on the top border is very nice. it's not to heavy and easy to wash. it fit perfectly on my back eith only one handle
Bag fell apart after a few uses. Like maybe 6 weeks. Used maybe 6 times total. The stitch on all the bag literally falls apart. The rubber it's made from seems ok. The bag give the illusion that it's well built but it's far from that trust me run far far away from this brand. I thought I was safe and threw away the receipt but rains will not help me without a original receipt. Customer service for rains is a joke.
Bought it as a laptop bag, fits my 13" MacBook with lots of space left. The lock to open and close the bag is a little inconvenient. Overall a great waterproof bag.
Wasn't impressed with this bag, the material is waterproof but I think there's better options on the Altitude site that are in this category of commuter backpack.
