These are rated for 10kg. I tried using these to screw clothes hooks to my plasterboard walls. The major design flaw with these is the points where the plastic is bent to form the wings. These are fundamentally weak points of failure. What's more you have to compress the wings flat to fit it through your drilled hole. This weakens the bends further, to the point where if you pull enough on the wings they easily break, especially where the wings join the bore. Under load, my installed hooks started bending away from the wall at the anchor. Giving them a further solid tug down with my hands they just came out, pulling the broken anchor with them. These are awful and a surprisingly bad design from Ramset, who make pretty good stuff usually. DO NOT BUY!

My job required two of the four pieces included, so I did a test with a spare first. The hole in the wing that’s meant to pull back tight just snaps with little to no force, like when the screw begins to enter. Sure enough the same thing happened with the two that I attempted to install. I used the correct gauge and length screws and was mindful not to over tighten, but they’re loose as - push abs pull out of the wall by about 10mm. Pretty trash, total nuisance.
