We used these to hang some curtains. Followed the instructions on the box and didn't need the special tool. Decided to use a hand screw driver instead of a power driver since you can feel when it has tightened. This worked well.

Perfect wall anchor , you need to use a special tool for these , but work a treat
A little destructive, but incredibly handy, they do require you to purchase a tool to use them, but it works great.
Strong and reliable anchors for heavy-duty applications. Better quality than my previous cheap ones. I used them for three range hood installations on plasterboard walls. For hassle-free and fast work I strongly recommend using a setting tool.
