Rapha Pro Bibs are my husband's favorite. He rides 4000 miles a year and comfortable kits are important. Love the dark navy with the white lettering and bib. He is a Rapha fan so it is easy to get his gifts from the Rapha website since there is not a RCC near us. Great company! Great service.

I'm not an easy fellow to fit but these work quite well for me. I'm 75" and weigh on avg 205lb. Most of my fat is in my rearend and upper thighs unlike most guys. The XL fits snug but comfortable. I can understand the complaint about short straps but it isnt horrible and definitely not a reason to bypass these bibs. If anything is wrong with this garment it would be the price but if I had another discount code, I'd definitely buy them again. Hope this helps someone.

I had another pair of these same shorts a few years back, and absolutely loved them. However this latest version has proven to be pretty disappointing. The chamois is super thick and dense, and almost comically large. Because the chamois is so large it makes the saddle feel larger than it should, and led to me developing a couple new saddle sores. General quality is below what I expect at this price point, and it seems that in effort to save money on materials, they had to increase the number of panels to achieve the shape/fit they wanted. Assos and Pedal Mafia have done substantially better in this regard.

Not sure whats going on with these bibs but the chamois folds inwards and squeezes my testicles. I've had many bibs and this is the first one to do this. I tried to wear them 3 times to see if they would break in but no luck. Three of the most uncomfortable rides of my life. After the third try, I am giving up. I reached out to support and they offered me $25.00 off my next purchase. What a major bummer, I wanted to love these but no luck.
I’m 74.5 inches tall and weigh about 187lbs with an average build. I ride 7 days week and average around 9,000 miles on the bike per year. I am not a racer. I just love riding bikes. I like my bibs to fit tight with good compression and like a long inseam. I normally wear a size L in Le Col Pro bibs, a size XL in Giordana FRC bibs, a size XL in Sportful bibs and a size XL in La Passione Striver bibs. I bought a size XL in these Rapha Pro Team Training bibs. The fit for me is good. They have a little more room than the Sportful or the La Passione bibs. They are not overly tight for my leg shape. The pad is good but has a very defined edge which I feel is not as present on other brands. The straps are comfortable but not the best. The bibs come up high in the front ... The bibs come up high in the front making them difficult to go to the bathroom in. The leg grippers work but I wish they were bigger. This looks like the area where they saved some of the cost. Inseam length on these is good. Overall I would give them an 82 out of 100. If I was about to do a 4 to 5 hour ride these would not be the bibs I would choose.
While the Pro Team Training bibs are comfortable for long rides, moisture wicking and overall stylish, I feel the quality of the Rapha logos has decreased. I have three rides on them and take great care of my kit and the letters have already starting to crumble, which leaves me concerned since I don't know how long they will last. I have a previous pair in black which I bought in November 2023 (we're at August 2024 as I'm writing this) and the logos are still intact, which was the reason I bought them again in navy.Overall, they are amazing and stylish bibs for all day riding if you don't mind the lettering showing premature wear. I am sure the bibs themself will last a long time. Just not the branding, which may be an issue for some.
I purchased these for a cycling weekend. Was a little apprehensive, so took my other bib shorts too. Need not have worried. On both a 60 mile one day and 40 the next , they were Uber comfy. All my "bits" stayed in the right place. No chaffing. Fit was true to size. Loved them so much I've bought a second pair.
These are great bibs. They hold up well over time, and stay put when you’re riding. The stitching is high quality, and the materials are very comfortable. The pad seams denser than the pro team bibs. May not be as breathable, but is comfortable. Should not be a big issue. My only complaint is the sizing. I’ve worn a size large for years, and now the larges are way smaller than prior years. Hanging next to my older bibs they look like they are mediums or even smalls. Not sure why they are shrinking over time, but it’s tad frustrating to deal with.
Good fit I’m 5’10” 81 kg wear a size LHugs the body well. Happy with the elastic life and durability this is my third bib of this model. Keep buying them because they are good for every day riding. I live in southern California so mild weather to warm conditions. Most people don’t like or complain about the elastic rubber grip system on the thighs in the comments I have read previously, as somebody who’s not a professional nor riding in any sort of sanctioned events I don’t find the need for a “seamless” or more aero fit but to each his own.The sit pad is comfortable averaging rides from 30-60 miles 2-3 times a week in my opinion. Is it worth the price yes it will last you roughly two years if washed as directed. Definitely on the pricier side but I love the pro ... MoreGood fit I’m 5’10” 81 kg wear a size LHugs the body well. The Rapha bib shorts are top-notch in terms of quality. The fabric is durable yet lightweight, providing excellent comfort for long rides. The chamois padding is well-designed, offering just the right amount of support without feeling bulky. The fit is snug but flexible, allowing freedom of movement while maintaining a streamlined feel. After multiple rides and washes, they’ve maintained their shape and performance, making them a solid investment for any cyclist looking for comfort and reliability. Highly recommend!
