A dedicated jersey designed for the demands of training - day in, day out. Racing and training require different mindsets. Away from the spotlight of race day, professional racers have long known the virtues of a dedicated training jersey. The latest addition to the Pro Team collection, Rapha's Training Jersey is made with a lightweight, open-structured fabric on the front panels for wicking and breathability. On the back, a close-knit fabric provides added sun protection and improved support for full pockets. A thicker elastic trim on the pockets keeps the contents secure, and a gusset at the bottom expands to add extra volume. Since comfort trumps all on training days, wrap around elasticated grippers are positioned on the sleeves and at the hem for a firm but comfortable fit. The hem gripper features internal silicone applications with negative space Pro Team logos to keep everything in place during tougher efforts. The full-length zip features an easy-glide, lockable puller for easy adjustments on the fly while a subtle zip garage at the neck prevents irritation. Contrast sleeves and RAPHA logo on the rear pocket completes the training day look. Free Repair Service With some careful stitching, patches, and replacement panels, Rapha's crash repair service can bring damaged garments back to life. Simply complete this form and send them what needs fixing; they'll take care of the rest. Please note that repairs can take up to 4 weeks to process, once they have been received by Rapha's repairs team.

The Pro Team Training jersey is a great choice if you value quality fit, quality fabrics and excellent moisture wicking. The jersey itself is very stylish and the fabric is really soft against the skin. Makes riding longer distances a breeze. It also features a zipped lateral pocket which is always nice.It is important to note that at least on the smaller sizes the pockets are not deep enough to store a bigger sized phone properly, such as a Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra. It fits barely but leaves the charging port uncovered and I'm not sure if it will fly out on a crash. Not a big issue but worth noticing.Overall I can really apreciate the fit and the temperature regulation that the jersey offers for the scorching and humid Panamá weather.

There doesn't seem to be good QC between jerseys. I have the same jersey in a different color and one size larger. That jersey is a little big, so I sized down for this one. On this smaller jersey, the cuffs on the sleeves are actually larger than the cuffs on the larger jersey, so they do not fit against my skin like the cuffs of the larger jersey do. It's otherwise a nice jersey, but the gap around the cuffs catches the wind sometimes and is obnoxious.

The Pro Team Training Jersey fit is quite different from the previous year. When it arrived I put it on and discovered that the sleeves, and in particular the more rigid cuff fabric was built for body builders or non-cyclists, so I sent it back thinking it was a flaw. I got another jersey and the same problem. Instead of a snug fitting sleeve that I am accustomed to, the cuff is loose and rides up into my armpit. My arms are not toothpick thin (though I am no body builder either). This is disappointing as I like my kit to fit snugly and without riding up. I now own a jersey that I will wear in a pinch but is not my go to as I had hoped. Otherwise, Rapha fabric continues to astound. I am 74.5 inches tall and weigh 187 lbs with an average build. I purchased a size XL. I normally wear a size XL in other brands (Le Col, Santini, Castelli). Overall fit is okay. It is a little short in the front and measures 52cm straight down the front zipper. I wish the jersey fit a little tighter across the chest. The cuffs at the end of the sleeves also feel a little stiff. The fabric does not feel or look very technical. I would not consider this race fit.
Overall the texture and feel of the material used is nice against the skin. The sticky arms and waist areas stay put. Pocket depth and their position is comfortable to use.My biggest frustration has to do with the fit across the front. I'm guessing it's because of the weight/size of the giant zipper mechanism but, regardless of the reason, the front bunches in two places when leaned over the bike - just above the waist it sticks out like... I'll call it a finger... and in the middle of my chest it sticks out in the same way. Again, this happens when the fit everywhere else feels really good - shoulders sit nice, tight across the back and belly (in a good way), very tight and comfortable with no flapping in the wind whatsoever. This latest iteration of the training jersey feels different than the last generation. For one, it feels more lightweight which makes it better suited for warmer climates. The fabric doesn't feel as durable as the last generation so in a way it doesn't feel as premium of a product. Also, the elastic band around the bottom of the torso and above the glutes feels less stretchy and I worry this could permanently give over time. Lastly, I think this jersey might be ~1cm shorter in length than the last generation.
The material of this jersey does not stretch. It will be difficult to wear a base layer and arm warmers with this product. The jersey fit is very small and the rear pockets are high on the back. After two broken clavicles, I no longer have the best dexterity with my arms making it impossible to reach anything in the rear pockets while riding. For short rides on warm days the jersey is wonderful, but not for much else.
Fantastic Jersey. I purchased two different colorways (Navy/Black, Dust Blue) there are some differences from the previous version. The pockets are slightly different, the arm collars are gone, a bit of a tighter fit IMO which are all welcomed changes btw. I like the branding on the arm, new colors and the small details. The materials perform great on a hot day. I live in the PNW and I tend to wear this jersey when the temp reaches >60 degrees. I generally run hot and when I sweat alot I dont find this jersey wearing me down or pull on my skin. Im 5'9" and 165lbs and I find this jersey to fit pretty well, it feels comfortable tight, not restrictive tight if that makes sense. After wearing them about 15 times, it seems to be constructed as I tend to pull on my jersey ... MoreFantastic Jersey. Overpriced product, material is hot, not ventilated. No different materials like other brands at the same price point, like ventilated material under arms. Sizes are too small. The return policy is 15 days only, which is not standard, any other brands is 30 days, due to this, I could not return 3 jerseys that I'm just not using because I didn't like the quality of the product. The whole team bought the same jersey thinking of using the same jersey an color in Leadville, but we end up using any another jersey, because it was not comfortable. Rapha disappointed this time.
Rapha does a great job on description and it’s accurate to this jersey. Quality zippers with a cover tab near the neck area. Nice cut on the body that seems to prevent too much bunching up of the jersey when leaning forward. Pockets are pretty easy to access on the fly (this becomes a big deal with aging). Material is breathable and has a good amount of stretch but be warned this is ‘very’ form fitting. I typically fit a medium in race style jerseys but this was border line on tightness. Once on the bike I felt good with the size but hopefully not too tight after the winter lull. Color patterns seem to do well at alerting drivers. Overall this is a very nice jersey.
