This foundation is just what I’m personally looking for when I do decide to wear foundation. It is lightweight, as it claims, blends beautifully and builds easily for those looking for fuller coverage! And just like the liquid blushes, a little went a long way. I applied with a foundation brush, like suggested, and I didn’t need a lot of product at all to get the coverage that I was hoping to achieve! For reference, i was just looking to even out my tone as I have dark circles around my eye area. These pictures are in natural daylight away from the window and in direct light from the window. I also used the liquid blush in Happy (on my lips also) and the mascara. I love this brand and everything I’ve tried thus far. 10/10 would recommend this product

I got a sample quite a while ago in an order but the colours were not right for me. Nevertheless, I liked the texture and coverage so I went to the store to get matched. I have been using the sample all week and have used it with (Kevin Aucoin) primer, without primer and after using sunscreen. I have tried with a little dab here and there and larger amounts. I have worked out in this on one of the hot days we had. I have certainly put it through its paces. I can say that this foundation stood up to every test and I will be buying the full size. This gives a natural to matte finish for me and I actually find that it provides a lot of coverage. I could use one dab for my entire face for an everyday/natural look and this would be fine. I find it is best to use smaller amounts and build gradually. I would also let it settle a bit into your skin first before adding more coverage as this does seem to take a while to "settle" in and give that natural look. Even though this is described as medium coverage I find that it covers all my blemishes! There are so many colours and undertones I don't think you can buy this without colour matching but it's certainly worth a try. I ditched my Chanel foundation for this one, though it will never replace the Armani foundation...

The foundation is cakey/gritty and dry. The feel of it was like pigmented water. I didn't really know what to expect though so I took a leap and bought it. I will not be buying it again. My skin needs moisture but can also be oily and I prefer a foundation with a cream texture, which I don't think this one was creamy enough. So, I think it's just about preference.I bout a blush as well and I did really enjoy the blush! I would buy again. It seemed to have a nice texture and beautiful coloring and seemed to melt into my skin. I don't know If the formula is different or the same between the foundation and blush but the blush seems to agree with me more.I also like the primer. It was lightweight and smooth. I got a lipstick as well and have mixed feelings about it. ... MoreThe foundation is cakey/gritty and dry. The feel of it was like pigmented water. It was thick as in heavy, like it wasn't as lightweight as it could be.Overall, I was just trying some new products and not all worked but I did find a gem or two. I obviously don't think it's for everyone but then again, my skin isn't perfect and needs specific criteria to look nice. I will say that I didn't get any adverse reactions to any of the products, so that was great!Hope this helps!

The color I was matched with blended well with my skin tone. 130N. It first appeared too light when dotting it on my face but blended out so nice. Looks pretty on my skin. Gives a slight glowing look. I would say it gives medium coverage but could be built up if needed. Applies well and lasts all day. At the end of the day, it doesn’t feel heavy and I’m not eager to wash it off like I am with other foundations. I’m 51 years old with some slight smile line wrinkles starting and some wrinkles under my eyes. This foundation did settle into the lines but my setting powder helped prevent it. I use Cle De Peau’s pressed setting powder. I hope to see Rare Beauty come out with a pressed setting powder soon. I enjoy this makeup line and have bought most all items. I’m so bummed to leave this review but I did not have a good experience with this product.Giving 2 stars because I have dry, sensitive skin so maybe this works well for other skin types. This foundation left my skin patchy and uncomfortable. It looked terrible the moment I put it on and just got worse as the day went on.The customer service experience is another story - after not receiving one of the items I purchased and sending several emails to support with no response, I called to find out they were out of stock of that item. But they were just going to hope I didn’t notice?? Then when I returned this foundation and another item, my package got “lost” and I didn’t receive the refund for over 2 months (and only because I called again, don’t bother ... MoreI’m so bummed to leave this review but I did not have a good experience with this product.Giving 2 stars because I have dry, sensitive skin so maybe this works well for other skin types. So far I really love this foundation! A friend recommended it. It’s interesting that it looks so thin that you just spread dots of foundation to not have too much, but then it feels so light/natural with perfect building coverage. I have to be careful to use setting powder correctly under my eyes so it doesn’t settle in my creases. I guessed the shade online and got very lucky. I’ve tried it with a few different brushes, including her line and so far so good on all! I do need a primer with it so pores aren’t visible. Last wonderful surprise, it that it works great even with my oily skin. Doesn’t add a slick oily feel and must be light enough my skin can breath and the t-zone isn’t horrible, even after physical labor/warm weather. Definitely a good one to try, and ... MoreSo far I really love this foundation! A friend recommended it. I just bought the Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation which I was a little nervous about at first since I have read a lot of mixed reviews, but for the price $29 USD I thought I would give it a shot! For background I tend to have combination skin that is more on the dry side with just a couple spots that can get a bit oily. Today was the first day I used this foundation and the first thing I noticed is it had the doe foot applicator which I personally have never used a foundation that had that, but I honestly really liked it, it made it very easy to put the product in the places I wanted/needed it to be. This time I did use my damp beauty blender to blend it in and it worked extremely well, next time I will try my brush to see how that works (I will update one I try it). Be careful though, when I first placed the product on my skin it didn't look like it would be enough product so I added another dot of it to both sides of my cheeks and honestly it was a bit much, A LITTLE BIT GOES A LONG way with this foundation which is great because it will last longer! It does sit very nicely on my skin, I do have a little bit of texture, mostly pores on my nose and a couple acne scars and being a tad bit older (33) I am starting to get some lines under my eyes, and I have pretty dark circles, but this product covered everything pretty well (I did use a matte pore blurring primer)! I did have to use a little bit of concealer under my eyes because of the dark circles but in my opinion, it looks pretty flawless! I did use a cream blush, bronzer and highlighter and set everything with a translucent powder, and I always set my under eye with banana powder (just personal preference and works on my skin), but everything blended so well, I was very impressed! I had a bit of difficulty finding the right shade but the lovely lady in Sephora came over and helped me shade match and I actually found 2 that looked lovely for my skin tone, the 210N which was out of stock and the one that I bought which was the 200C. There are a lot of shade choices, 48 to be exact but I personally think this is one that if you are unsure, I would go into the store and swatch instead of doing it online. After wearing for a few hours it still feels light and looks amazing however it does make my skin feel a tad bit dry I notice especially when I smile ( even with a more hydrating setting spray ), which might be because I was sick recently and hadn't followed my normal skincare routine but it wasn't so dry feeling that its unwearable, this will definitely be a staple in my rotation!!
Firstly let me say the shade range of this is fantastic but that’s as far as it goes for me. I purchased this on a whim, I’d heard how good the Rare range was and after my luminous silk foundation ran out I decided to give this a whirl. I went into the purchase blind not knowing anything about if it was suitable for dry skin or what the coverage was like. I’ve used it and the shade match is perfect but that’s as far as the positives go. I don’t like the finish, it’s supposed to add glow but I’m not sure if that’s just because my skin is dry. It clings to every dry patch and fine line on my face and makes me look about 20 years old. Really disappointed especially seeing as it isn’t cheap. I’ll try add it to some moisturiser to make a tinted moisturiser or mix it with ... MoreFirstly let me say the shade range of this is fantastic but that’s as far as it goes for me. I've been trying a sample of this and it took me a little getting used to. My skin leans drier and on days it's quite moisturised/balance, this actually provided a really pretty medium-buildable coverage that looked almost filtered. On drier days though it could feel quite tight by the end of the day. I also found it only played well with the Rare Beauty primer, not the other ones I normally use. The combination together is what gave the foundation its lovely finish, with others it didn't blend as well and looked a bit thin. I think if you're oilier and love Rare Beauty this will be a winning combination but I don't like having to be committed to multiple products just to make one work. So there is less of a risk when shade matching online if you're not sure.
I am combination skin, leaning to oily on my t-zone. I have tried sooo many foundations that either too heavy to be worn daily or too oily that i have to constantly powder. I am a 40y old mom/grad-post student/wife/everything else that comes with that, and I am busy all day-I needed a foundation that would stay, but not look like I am wearing make up but that it gives me enough coverage to look fresh as long as possible. I have been using this foundation for two weeks now, and I am very pleased with how it looks on my skin, and the wear time.I have to admit I found it a bit hard to find my shade but i did go with same color concealer and foundation and it matches just right. I am lucky i managed to find the right shade because it just blends with my skin color as if it is my skin color. I am not one to use a lot of concealer but one or two tiny dots and do not like really bright eyes ether as it looks so strange to out in the street with such a heavy layer of make up specially under the eyes that just misses out the entire concept of ones face. I am very very diligent with my skin care routines, so I would say my face is not bumpy or has a lot of texture. I do have at bit of normal texture around my nose and a few fine lines that are normally very noticeable with other foundations/concealers, but the Rare Beauty one does not sink into my fine lines or texture at all- my skin does look fresh at least for 9-10 hours which for me, it’s a big deal. I also use the lip balm which I love-I just wish it would stay a bit longer. I do have some hyperpigmentation and the foundation does cover most of it with one application. I am fine with that as I am going for a soft normal look. SHAKE the foundation before using! The mate lipstick has a normal ware time but do not think it is going to stay all day. I do have to say one needs to wear a light lip conditioner or balm before putting it on or else your lips just feel a bit weird. not necessarily dry but just strange. The blush is REALLY pigmented so it is good to use just a tiny tiny tiny bit and build from there so one is not pulling and rubbing the skin so much with your brush. Rubbing leads to wrinkles!!!!I have not tried anything else as I am not really into the primer, setting spray or highlighter and eye liner look for an everyday look. I will try the mascara at some point. Other than that, for a celebrity line the products I've tried are pretty good, do the job, not overly expensive, compact, good packaging, good shade match, and good look. would buy again.
