I’ve enjoyed a relaxing cup of SLEEP TEA by Raw Essentials before bed for about 4 years now. Originally only available as loose leaf, now conveniently in a tea bag. This is handy if you are in a hurry or travelling. The tea is high quality and very well priced.

I’m someone who’s always had problems sleeping and getting enough rest .So I thought on the whim I’d try this tea and I kid you not it worked a treat.So I brewed a cup and settled down to watch some Real Housewives and within the hour after sipping away I felt myself start to feel relaxed and sleepy so I took myself to bed and I woke up feel great.I highly recommend this tea. It smells Devine and tastes incredible and I’ll be sure to stock up on more.Janet and Jake have created a beautiful tea and I highly recommend it .
