I have tried 20+ different preworkouts over the years and this one is my favorite. Simple ingredients but effective results. I take 1 scoop on normal days and 2 scoops if I really need a boost. Taste is great, mixes perfect, and gives a good pump. I was taking pink himalayan salt separately, so the fact that is included is a game changer. I don't normally leave reviews but thought it was necessary here given how strongly I feel about the product. Will be a repeat customer. Thank you

I take this 30 minutes - 1 hour before practice/my workout. I will warn you… because i didn’t know this. You will feel an itchy or weird sensation once this kicks in but i personally like the feeling. You wont feel that feeling as much if you drink water before you take this pre workout and during your workout and if you build yourself up to the dosage recommended. like maybe start with 1/3 a scoop and work your way up. This is a great product. I never had a pre-workout drink before. I am pretty sensitive to caffeine, so I only take a half scoop. It helps immensely. It does make my skin feel a little prickly/itchy for about 10 mins, but I read online that this is a reaction to the beta alanine in the product, which can make nerve endings more sensitive. If you don't mind the sensation, u can keep using the product or find a pre-workout without the beta alanine. This helps so much with muscle fatigue, which was causing me to work out at a much lower intensity and stall out on my progression. I don't mind the sensation as much and immediately progressed from 1-2 mile runs at 4mph to 3-4 mile runs at 5mph. I don't care much for sour flavors, but this was the only pre-workout that my Sam's Club carries, so I tried it. I am happy to say it was only mildly tart, enough to be a little zingy & refreshing, not enough to be unpleasant. I am very happy with the energy level it provides as well. It did make my skin flush and tingle, but that is expected from this type of supplement. I felt like my workout was stronger & I did not crash from exhaustion before I completed my sets as has happened in the past before using this product. The price is reasonable for 60 servings. I use one scoop in 8oz water & feel it is plenty for me but the package says you can use up to 2 scoops (per day) I do recommend.
Ok so one thing about me is that I’ve probably tried every pre-workout potion known to humankind. I can honestly say this is the best I’ve ever tried from taste to overall performance. The watermelon flavor is absolutely delicious, sweet without being saccharine and does not have that usual chemical flavor. It gives a nice tingle in the body without feeling like your insides are on fire; it’s more of an inspirational tingle, if that makes sense. As far as performance: about 10-15 minutes post-drink, I am motivated and ready to dive into my workout- no small feat for me, as I am a procrastinator at my core. It really works, it tastes incredible and I will absolutely be repurchasing. 12/10 recommend.

The sour watermelon is a very intriguing and refreshing flavor to have before you get ready to hit that workout. After a few moments I felt the energy hit and wash all over me. Slight tingles but ready to roll and get into my lifts. I felt energized and confident with my workout and I haven’t felt like that in quite sometime. The hype for this product is correct! I love this pre workout powder! It has a great taste and doesn’t leave a weird taste in your mouth like some other powders I’ve tried. I feel like I have way better workouts when I use this in comparison to when I don’t use any pre workout at all. I do have ONE complaint, why not include a mini funnel scooper so it will fit in smaller neck bottles? I would normally throw my pre workout in my gym bag but with this product, I would have to take a funnel too. Overall it’s still a great product so I would repurchase!
I was sent this in exchange for my honest review. I decided to try it this morning and read the directions says start with 1 scoop to access tolerance and advanced users can mix 2 scoops. So I use preworkout frequently and made the dumb mistake of starting with / scoops. I do not recommend not following the instructions on the container. This stuff is the strongest preworkout I’ve ever used. 2 scoops has 400mg of caffine. The taste is great. It dissolves in water super quickly and even is a fun pink almost sparkling color. The flavor is very watermelon and tart. Overall I really like it but I will never take more than 1/2-1 scoop even as an experienced preworkout user. Buy this stuff is it great but just be careful because it’s a lot stronger than it’s competitors.
