You'll be more confident at the plate with the Rawlings 232 Adirondack ash wood bat. Ash bats feature a wider grain that promotes a lightweight feel. They also typically offer more flex than Maple and Birch wood bats do. The difference in wood allows for a -3 or lighter drop weight as well. In addition, this Ash bat features a classic, pro-style natural wood design. It was constructed with a 232-barrel profile. This slugger's profile gives you a larger hitting surface, and huge sweet spot. That means you also get more power at the plate.

Purchased yesterday, and it broke today after about a dozen hits at the batting cage with only 50mph pitches. Not satisfied.

Bought this ash bat from a box store 1 week ago for my 12 year old playing Little League. We bought it because of the weight and balance. It broke in yesterday's practice after about half a dozen hits. Have always been taught label up when hitting. Performance seemed good. Durability has something to be desired. My son was a little disappointed as could be expected from a 12 year old and a new broken bat.
Great bat for son. He uses mainly for training. Hit a lot of balls with it. Durable
No issues, it's a baseball bat. I don't believe in 5 star ratings as it infers perfection with no room for improvement.
I wouldn't recommend this for anything competitive, but it's solid enough for hitting balls around the back yard. At this price, I won't feel too bad when it needs to be replaced.
Great bat for 20 dollars. The pros are that it is a very forgiving wooden bat. By that I mean if you make a mistake when hitting the ball, the bat will give you a little help. The con is that it will dent a little, but that is only because of the type of wood. Ash is known to be one of the weaker woods for a wooden bat, but overall it is a great bat.
I purchased this Bat as my granddaughter wants a mounted Bat as her 21st Key. This bat proved perfect for what I wanted to do with it. I am having it carved with various designs on it and mounts made for it to sit on.
I bought this bat for my son to use for batting practice. It broke the second time he used it. I was watching him bat and he was not hitting on the weak side of the bat (on the logo). The bat completely snapped after a few fast pitches.
