The new Ray-Bay Meta glasses are not too heavy and have the benefit of the classic Wayfarer aesthetic. The camera quality is surprisingly good, even in darker settings. This appears to be the trade-off for the frame being much lighter than other smart glasses (of course still noticeably heavier than sunglasses by themselves). I did end up exchanging these glasses for the polarized version as these transition glasses do not work in a car. Something along the lines of, "The windshield blocks UV light so the glasses will not respond to the sunlight and revert back to clear". That's more of a lens "issue" rather than an issue with the glasses themselves, however. I would recommend these glasses in general if you like slick gadgets that don't scream tech nerd too heavily.

It really feels like a normal pair of glasses but with cool features such as a mic speaker and calendar. Sometimes the wifi bluetooth connection can be slow, but most of the time you don't realize you have a different camera on your face

Good for POV videos , and good quality easy to use
Great design and a good way to easily capture POV videos and images without struggling to grab your phone out of your pocket. Image quality is good and so is the video quality. The only downside is that it is fixed to portrait. While this is good for social media I do enjoy taking landscape pictures. There should be an option to flip it. Video length should be user selectable. 60 seconds I don’t believe is enough in some cases.For music, this is alright. It’s not going to sound better than a pair of AirPod pros but I don’t think that was their goal. Like the images, it’s a quick way to pick up a phone call without struggling to get your phone out of your pocket.This really is about convenience and quality of life improvements. Good Video and audio quality. Built in speakers are great. Recording are great, but you need to be careful your hair doesn’t cover the camera lenses and don’t move your head too much.
I recent got lasik so I needed sunglasses i thought go big or go home so I got these glasses and I don’t regret they are so cool
