The mouse is well-made and has very nice switches, which I always look for. The ability to choose which way you wish to connect your mouse is wonderful, but there was one issue I ran into which is why I don't use this product any longer.One day I was using my mouse and having no issues the day prior I didn't expect to have any, but that was not the case. Razer's new trifecta of wireless gaming components (DeathAdder v2 Pro, Blackwidow v3 Pro, Blackshark v2 Pro) look awesome and hold a lot of promise, but they have some fatal flaws right now.These require Razer Synapse v3 to work, which is fine, but Synapse (or the device drivers) is super buggy. You have to download several updates, rebooting after each, just to get it to recognize these new devices. Once it does recognize them, it had a tendency to lose track of them, requiring you to unplug the device's dongle and plug it back in. DO NOT BUY. The mouse worked for about 6 months before crapping out. Sometimes happens, not a big deal, you have warranty for a reason, except razer support is now absolutely garbage. I submitted for a warranty claim, they asked me to pay MSRP to have the replacement shipped, and I would ship back the old one. They have collected payment, and now razer is not responding, and every time I call they just tell me please wait 48 hours for contact. Move to logitech or corsair, I've used razer for 15 years but this is terrible.

Pros: Feels very comfortable, has a premium rubberised finish to the thumb side.Mouse clicks are fast, are definite and not mushy, have just enough travel in my opinion and although light pressure is needed, there is still good resistance.Light weight, there are lighter mice around but this is still great. Connectivity is great having bluetooth also to save a bit of power. The cable that comes with it is extremely good and I was surprised how little it hinders travel so even as a wired mouse it is great! What I notice is that if you scroll with the wheel down, there is no sound at all, but if you pull the scroll up, there is more sound. Not exactly loud. Good all round mouse. Worth the roughly $100 more essentially for a variety of ways of connecting. Pretty much flawless. Perhaps not the best mouse for particular purposes but it also does not cost a couple hundred more. good feel and I dont see anything much by comparison of performance in its different connection modes. Quite fast enough for anything I need speed for now or in the immediate future. If you do use it on its lead tthen you will be pleased with the length of the lead provided.

Not talked about often, but to me this is a key feature of comfortable mouse-ing.Includes Bluetooth so it can be used between multiple devices.Works with Razer's charging dock (you may own this if you have purchased a Viper Ultimate or Basilisk Ultimate in the past).Cons:Pretty basic button layout. I wish there were 1-2 more buttons, preferably by the thumb cluster. Side-tilt scroll wheel for horizontal scrolling would be nice too.

Very happy with this mouse and that says a lot if you knew me. I purchased the mouse to work with macOS, Windows and Linux. The mouse surprisingly works perfectly with all operating systems which is unlike the majority of many mice especially those that are wireless and use Bluetooth. Tracking is smooth regardless whether you are using it in Bluetooth or GHz mode. Mouse easily paired with all operating systems. Mouse has good ergonomics. Comfortable for a medium to large size hand. Battery life is good. Personally, I do not like the limp fabric covered charging cable but it does the job perfectly. I recommend this mouse to anyone.
This mouse literally changed my mind about using a wireless mouse. I bought it to use as a wired mouse, which it does very well. The cord it comes with is great and super lightweight and the mouse itself is, in my opinion, better quality than similarly priced wired ones. Where this mouse really started to shine, however, is in wireless mode, specifically with the usb wireless mode. The battery lasts for a surprisingly long time and the input lag is so low that I can’t notice the difference between wired and 2.4 GHz usb wireless mode. Also I’ve seen some reviews complaining about the noise of the buttons and I disagree that they are that noisy. I can see wanting super quiet mouse buttons but compared to competing products they are probably below average noise level.
