This mouse gets a lot of downvotes, which is very unfair in my opinion. It is specifically designed for people with small hands (< 17 cm in length, aka, many Asian females, teenagers), AND palm grip style. So if you have average man hand size and/or using claw gripping style, don't even bother with this mouse, viper mini might be a better choice for you if you really want an ultralight mouse since the shape of Viper is more "versatile". But if you fall in this specific category of small hand + palm grip, this Deathadder v2 mini is probably the best in the market you can find, in both ergonomics and value (when it is on sale ofc).

This mouse is about 3/4 of the original mouse it's modeled after. Everything works as it is supposed to. It is light and easy to move over the desktop surface because of its special glide pads. The clicks are light and do not take much pressure to engage a click. The mouse wheel has satisfying scroll and isn't a free spinning type scroll wheel. The package came with textured stickers for the side of the mouse and the mouse buttons. The texture is enough to give you grip on the mouse's otherwise slick surfaces. The sticker grips are not intrusive or get in the way but add a good "feel" to holding and using the mouse. Razor also includes a nice logo sticker. The Razor symbol on the back of the mouse if RGB LED but gets covered by the palm of your hand. I have long fingers and the mouse doesn't cramp my hand at all. Would I buy another one, yes.

I have small hands, and this works perfectly for me! The programmable buttons on the side are easy to reach, and the shape makes it comfortable to hold. Even though it's not much smaller than typical mice, the sloping makes it comfortable for those with smaller hands. I always used to use travel mice as regular mice were too big and caused wrist pain. This changes things! It is good for both everyday use and gaming, with smooth movement and good control. For every product, I recommend looking for a sale. I bought this mouse on sale, and it's great value for the price I got it at.

This is my first HQ mouse so I am very impressed the auto optimization of games as I start them is nice and the accuracy of it compared to standard (cheap) mouse was noticeable immediately. I have not even started to explore all its features but if your ready to move up to a good starting gaming mouse this is a good choice. The quality of the cord is very good too, braided cloth and long. As I prefer a corded as my computer is close anyway and no batteries to worry about. I did not want a mouse with a number pad or to many extras so the Deathadder was a good choice Now lets see how long it lasts. Oh I bought the Deathadder V2 mini and is was a nice comfortable fit and really is about the same size as my old standard Logitech mouse that was worn out.
Due to a neurological condition, I have lost some fine motor control in my right hand. I am not a gamer, but use professional-level music creation apps which require game-like accuracy. As such, I wanted a mouse with more precision than the low-end, full-size gaming mouse I was using. A quick search located the Razer. It took a bit of getting used to. It is smaller than a standard desktop mouse, but I plan to use it with a laptop, too, so that was good.Pros: Good accuracy. Smaller size needs less real estate. Has many more buttons than I will use, and those have dual functions. Highly customizable, and an associated suite of apps makes this easy. Can create macros for specific games.Cons: I prefer a wired device, but this cord is a bit stiff, so it sometimes ... MoreDue to a neurological condition, I have lost some fine motor control in my right hand. This is why I deducted one star.Fun stuff: I have the color-changing app set to sound level meter, so the light pulses with the rhythm of the music I'm listening to as it cycles through colors. Said suite works on other Razer devices, too, so you can set and link the colors and other functions with them.:
A good budget mouse that will satisfy most any gamer. This mouse isn't much smaller than the full size deathadder. Mine seems to have a "button" consisting of the wheel clicking to the right (doesn't do anything, so I assume that means it isn't assigned), but no counterpart to the left. Could be I got a defective one, but I'll never use that feature so I don't care.
Great mouse for smaller hands or "claw grip" The only thing I dislike is the clicks are a bit too easy to click, so you should move your finger back or off the left click so you don't get an accidental click. It is a bit too light for my preference but that is my preference so I can't fault it for that. The cable is like the larger version the cable is braided but maintains flexibility which is great. Software is easier to use than say Corsair and hogs fewer resources.
I have this one on one of my other desktop stations because, end of the day, I love Razer products and found that sometimes wired works better, and may I say that this one certainly lived up to the Razer quality! Fabulous in Photoshop, intuitive with InDesign, this mouse lives up to the hype. Might go back to all wired mice as a result!
Great, fast feet. awesome cable glides over my desk easily. no problems with the mechanics of the mouse at all.I fit a large work glove almost perfectly. and the way I claw/fingertip grip this mouse works awesome for me.the grip tape is awesome.I own like 7 mice now, and this will be my new main. if it were wider it'd be perfect, but i'm coping with the narrow grip, some may not. but that's why you exchange until you're happy.I already recommended to a friend, and they bought it. we'll see what he thinks.
i have not really looked at new mice for a while when i got a add about new smaller mini mice. i looked into it and was wowed as i have smaller hands, and was thinking this was for me. i went to microcenter, and gonna look at it, well, they had it on sale. SOLD!i love it. i still will hold on to my original deathadder forever until it breaks, but i love the new mini deathadder. if you have smaller hands, then this is for you, and the price was a no-brainer, as it was very affordable as i got it on sale. Again, if you have smaller hands, then check out the smaller mice from Razer. so far so good.
